Ive closely reviewed the approx 30mins of Beaver Co footage 2 things stand out to me:
1-Communication btwn local & fed law enforcement was fragmented and delayed
2-Federal law enforcement seemed 2respond slowly 2 the potential detonator device found on shooter VERY risky
BOTTOM LINE: Secret Service/DHS/FBI hv a responsibility to EXPLAIN 2 the American ppl what went wrong on July 13 + how they plan 2 fix it
