First what led up to it:

September 8, 2017: Ye Jianming announced a $9.1 billion deal with his company CEFC acquiring a stake in state-owned Russian energy company, Rosneft. On the same day, Hunter Biden and Gongwen Dong, a Chinese national who conducted transactions for companies controlled by Ye, got a line of credit under the business name Hudson West III LLC. Hunter; his brother, James; and James's wife, Sara Biden, were authorized users of credit cards associated with the account, with which they opened to purchase $101,291.46 worth of luxury items, including plane tickets and items at Apple Inc., pharmacies, hotels and restaurants. The cards were collateralized by transferring $99,000 from a Hudson West account to a separate one, where the funds were held until the cards were closed. This was identified for possible financial criminal activity.

November, 2017: Ye Jianming's associate, and client of Hunter Biden,Patrick Ho, was arrested and charged with violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, international money laundering, and conspiracy to commit both. His first call was to James Biden who referred him to Hunter.

Also in this month, Hudson West II sent funds directly to Lion Hall Group, whose principal contact was Hunter's uncle, James. Between this time and October, 2018, HW2 sent Lion Hall wires totaling $76,746.15, noted as "office expense and reimbursement". Remember, HW3 is connected to CEFC, the Chinese government, and Gongwen Dong).

March 22, 2018: A million dollar payment was sent from Hudson West III to Owasco with a note saying "Dr Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation." Hunter Biden claimed that the misdirected million was related to his representation of Ye Jianming's associate, Patrick Ho.Biden claimed Boies Schiller Flexner is co-counsel for Ho's case, and Hudson West was not involved.

April 2, 2018: In an email, Hunter Biden said that the million given on 11/2/17 from CEFC Ltd. foundation should have gone to Owasco LLC, but he had given incorrect wiring instructions found when corrected on 3/22/18, of an outgoing wire for the same amount benefiting Owasco.

Then the earthquake in March, one month before dropping off his 3 devices for repair:

March, 2019:Hunter Biden's client, Patrick Ho, was convicted of his crimes for which he was charged in Nov., 2017, of money laundering, conspiracy, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and was sentenced to three years in the U.S. for his part in a multi-million-dollar scheme to bribe officials in Chad and Uganda in exchange for business advantages for CEFC, Ye Jianming's company. Justice described Ye as Ho's boss, his company funding the China Energy Fund Committee. Ho was the secretary-general of the committee when he carried out the schemes.

This Patrick Ho may have cooperated. Then Hunter started to close things down:

April, 2019: Hunter Biden left Burisma board [according to the NY Times].

April 12, 2019: Hunter Biden dropped off three computers with liquid damage at a repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware. The owner, John Paul Mac Issac, examined them and determined one beyond recovery, one was fine, and data on the hard drive of the third, recoverable. Hunter Biden signed the service ticket, and Issac repaired the hard drive and downloaded the data, during which time he noted disturbing images and emails about Ukraine, Burisma, China, and more. Issac prepared an invoice, and notified Hunter his items were ready to be picked up. He got no response, attempting contact again in May, June, July, and August, repeatedly. Biden never responded.

Peril awaits America now that the 45th President of the United States has been indicted. When a former American president is targeted by the politically despicable woke, we all face disaster.

There are rules in the American game. Most of those rules are set forth explicitly in the U.S. Constitution, its amendments, and two centuries of binding judicial opinions interpreting, adding to, or deleting rules. One might call those rules “America’s Written Law.” And then there are unwritten rules one might call “America’s Oral Law,” the traditions that have been handed down from generation to generation. How can Americans know what these Oral Laws of America are if they are not written anywhere? Americans just do.

This is the most perilous era in American history. Even the Civil War was less threatening to the American Idea than the time in which we now live. Slavery had to be eradicated, but both sides accepted deeper truths about freedom and right. Slavery was an evil abomination, and Dixie lost sight of what they had wrought. Even Plessy v. Ferguson’s “separate but equal” doctrine was despicable and needed to be up-ended as it finally was by Brown v. Topeka Board of Education. America remained an Idea that had not yet been fully actualized.

The refusal to grant citizenship to Americans of Chinese descent until the 1940’s was another blight, and Asian immigrant exclusion was not repealed until 1952. Yet American society continued marching forward.

Numerus clausus quotas that barred Jews from colleges, from renting homes, from working in major law firms and from being admitted to practice in major hospitals and from working as executives at major banks and corporations remained a deep and ugly stain. But America still was great. It just remained for the country to become even greater — and it did. The Idea never waned.

But something tragic has unfolded since Obama rose to transform America’s culture and reverse its march forward, resetting its course back to racializing people and categorizing them by identity pigeonholes instead of as Americans. “Progressives” — the Woke — celebrate the deconstruction of America, imagining that their woke agenda rules the day and that they are closer than ever to imposing it on all. But theirs will be a pyrrhic victory. Their blind ambition and certainty that theirs is the only path is destroying all, them included.

And if President Trump is arrested or “just” arraigned, that will lead to a catastrophe even more terrible for America.

Let it be clear: No amount of progressive and woke social tyranny ever will succeed in reversing reality. They can cancel professors, drown out speakers, and falsify news. But Americans always have included a core that would not be bowed by tyranny.

Thus, for example, there are only two genders. If a man says he is a woman, so be it. If he wants a doctor to cut off his private parts and insert two silicone balloons in his chest, so be it. If a woman wants to have that guy’s resected parts sewn onto her, recycling to preserve the climate, and take testosterone to grow a beard, and act so masculine that the woke condemn transgender female toxicity, so be her gender dysphoria.

But when the woke seek to coerce others to adopt their paradigm, they forget that the American Idea contemplates that everyone else also is entitled to free thought. Americans may be forced to alter their language if they lack determination to stand their ground and fear being canceled from a job for stating reality and asserting the truth. "That's part of the continuing saga ofWhitewater," she said. "You know, the never-ending fictional conspiracy that, honest to goodness, reminds me of some people's obsession with UFOs and the Hale-Bopp comet some days."

During an interview on WAMU-FM's "Diane Rehm Show," the first lady said she was duped by Hubbell and lost money as a result of his bilking scheme at the Arkansas law firm where they once worked. Senior administration officials, she said, were merely trying to help a friend through "a rough patch" when they helped him find lucrative employment before he went to prison.

They had no need to orchestrate payments to buy Hubbell's silence on Whitewater, she added. "There isn't anything to be hushed up about."

The White House recently acknowledged that senior aides to the president including Chief of Staff Erskine B. Bowles and counselor Thomas F. "Mack" McLarty tried to line up work for Hubbell after he resigned as associate attorney general in 1994. Hubbell was paid more than $500,000 during this period while he was under investigation, including $100,000 from the Indonesia-based Lippo Group that later emerged as a central player in campaign fund-raising investigations.

Hillary Clinton was told about the plans to help Hubbell at the time, according to the White House. Independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr, who is considering whether to seek an indictment of the first lady in connection with the failed Whitewater real estate venture, is investigating the Hubbell payments.

The first lady said she did not realize the extent of Hubbell's legal problems at the time of his resignation, even though she retained informal ties to Little Rock's Rose Law Firm, whose partners had charged that he had overbilled clients and charged improper expenses to the firm. Hubbell eventually pleaded guilty to bilking nearly $500,000.

"At the time, we had no reason to disbelieve his denials of wrongdoing," Hillary Clinton said. "And he very clearly and unequivocally just looked us in the eye and said I didn't do anything wrong. This will blow over. This is all going to be taken care of.' "

The first lady said she feels "particularly badly about this because I believed him absolutely." She added that she would like to talk with him to clear the air. "Obviously, we can't do that now because the conspiracy buffs would go wild and no telling what they would claim."

She pointed out that because she had been a partner she was among his victims. "You know, it hurt me personally," she said. "People seem to forget that the money that he went to prison for having misused was partly my money."

In a separate interview on CNN, the first lady said she did not raise money for Democrats on federal property and defended inviting donors to stay overnight in the Lincoln Bedroom. "The White House is the only home we have," she said. ". . . We have entertained at home a great deal, and I regret deeply that anyone has tried to impute anything other than what we thought we were doing, which was being hospitable."

The president roared with laughter when told about his wife's remark about the UFOs and Hale-Bopp comet. "Did she say that?" he said. "That's pretty good."

He would not say whether he shared the sentiment. "If I didn't, I wouldn't disagree with her in public," he said.

But the president went on to say that he accepts Hubbell's apology for lying to him, made during a recent television interview. `HUSH MONEY' ALLEGATIONS HARD TO PROVE, EXPERTS SAY

WASHINGTON — The suspicion of investigators that one ofPresident Clinton's closest friends might have been given high-paying jobs in exchange for his silenceis emerging as one of the most intriguing controversies dogging the president.

Disclosures that two of Clinton's most trusted aides, Counselor Thomas "Mack" McLarty and Chief of Staff Erskine Bowles, tried to line up employment for former Justice Department official Webster Hubbell in 1994 have reviveddark memories of Watergate-era "hush money" paymentsto protect President Richard Nixon.

McLarty and Bowles say they were motivated by sympathy for an old friend in trouble and didn't know at the time that a Whitewater independent counsel was investigating Hubbell for bilking his former law firm when he resigned as the No. 3 Justice Department official.

President Clinton backed them up Thursday, saying both men acted out of "human compassion" and did nothing improper.

Nonetheless, McLarty has received a subpoena from independent counsel Kenneth Starr, The Associated Press reported Thursday. Sources told the AP that Bowles also was expected to be subpoenaed soon. Both intend to cooperate, officials said.

Hubbell himself offered new details Thursday, telling the AP that he lied to Clinton during a Camp David, Md., meeting shortly after his resignation and denied the independent counsel's charges against him.

"The president asked me if I'd done something wrong," Hubbell said. "And I didn't tell him the truth."

What prosecutors may suspect to be true in "hush-money" cases often is not brought to trial for a simple reason: They are notoriously hard cases to prove.

While the efforts of McLarty and Bowles on Hubbell's behalf might raise questions about their motives, an array of criminal lawyers said that the facts so far fall short of constituting a crime.

"Based on the facts as we know them, there is absolutely no hush-money, obstruction-of-justice case here," said Dan Webb, a former U.S. attorney in Chicago. "It is not even a close call."

Richard Phelan, the Chicago attorney who prosecuted former House Speaker Jim Wright, agreed."It's awfully hard (to prove) unless you have the testimony of the guy who's the hushee," he said.

Even if a compelling circumstantial case could be made that Hubbell had gained the jobs in an effort to buy his silence, that wouldn't be enough to obtain a conviction, criminal lawyers said.

Such cases require prosecutors to document an intent by the participants to violate the law by making and receiving "hush-money" payments, said Plato Cacheris, a Washington, D.C., criminal defense lawyer.

"Hush money is money given to an individual to buy his silence," Cacheris said. "I know that people are suggesting this in the Hubbell case. I see no evidence of that. He had fallen on hard times, and his friends were trying to give him employment. That doesn't necessarily imply they were buying his silence."

Webb said that "it has been my experience as a prosecutor over the years that you can never make a hush-money case unless you have an insider who absolutely `flips' and makes direct testimony" on payments made in exchange for silence.

Unlikethe Watergate scandal, where cash payments were made to Watergate burglars in exchange for their silence, the evidence in the Hubbell case is indirect and subject to varying interpretations of the participants' intent.

Hubbell resigned from the Justice Department in the spring of 1994 while under investigation by the independent counsel for overcharging his former law firm and clients in Arkansas. Later in the year, he pleaded guilty to mail fraud and tax evasion. In 1995 he began serving an 18-month prison term.

Hubbell has served his full term, leading to speculation that prosecutors felt that he did not cooperate as much as they had hoped in the Whitewater investigation.

Hubbell is a key figure in the Whitewater case. Not only was he a partner along with First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton in the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Ark., and came to the Justice Department as a Clinton confidante, he also maintained possession of key Whitewater files when he was in Washington. Many of these files are missing.

McLarty and Bowles made telephone calls on behalf of Hubbell shortly after his resignation in March 1994, resulting in a job for Hubbell from Truman Arnold, a Texas oil executive, Democratic fundraiser and lifelong McLarty friend. McLarty also asked lawyer Vernon Jordan, a close Clinton friend, to help find employment for Hubbell.

In June of 1994,Hubbell wound up on the payroll of a Hong Kong firmowned by the Riady family of Indonesia, which was involved in the fundraising scandal, a few days after James Riady, an executive for the Lippo Group of Indonesia, visited the White House.

The timing and the large size of Hubbell's post-resignation compensation, reported to be as much as $500,000, have caused prosecutors and congressional investigators to look into whether he might have been offered employment in exchange for not cooperating with the government in the Whitewater case.

"Your eyebrows go up" as a prosecutor when confronted with such facts, Phelan noted. But he added that more direct, solid evidence is required to bring charges and prove the case.

"If you had something besides that (the jobs provided by the Riady family and others), that circumstantial evidence would be damaging," he said.

Starr has some prosecutorial tools at his disposal, including giving a potential witness immunity from prosecution. But Phelan noted,"You've got to make sure that the credibility of an immunized witness is pretty good too."

It's complicated, but I'll give you an armchair observance if you wish. You need to dissect the alphabet soup of sexuality into their actual, distinct groups. And then once you do that, you'll eventually get to the real point.

The people that want to target your kids with sexuality, gender bending surgeries, hormones, and all that are basically an offshoot of "Satanists"; at least in the way that term gets thrown around here. They have targeted people that actually do suffer from gender dysphoria, confused sexuality, and a great deal of mental instability with tactics that mold them. Anons know all about this. For example, pic related. These people are propped up by relatives, strangers, counselors, and medical "professionals" to think they can literally change their gender entirely. All they need is drugs and surgeries to complete it. These people are falling prey to actual evil people, and the sooner they can get your hands on your kids, the better (for them) because if you want to change the future, you have to get to the kids. Everyone knows this (second screenshot related). If we're breaking everything down to "Good versus Evil", then these guys are some of the most evil there are.

Most of the people in the "trans" ""movement"" aren't even in a """movement""". That's more of a Matt Walsh/Daily Wire attack vector to rile people up. It's ridiculous, and they've managed to marginalize a community that pretty much was just minding their own business before all this nonsense started. The old school trans guys that just want to put on their shows, have a good time, and stay strictly in their lane for adult entertainment mostly want to be left the fuck alone, and as far away from this entire discussion of the actual sick shit going on as possible. They have nothing to do with abusing kids, have given TV interviews on Tucker and other shows denouncing the behavior of these other people doing the drag show brunch shit and library readings. But, man are the ratings too good to pass up, so you don't get to hear that side of the argument often.

It's like what they tried to do with the gays/lesbians. For months there was a concerted effort for MAPs ("minor attracted persons") to attach themselves to LGBT. LGBT immediately rejected them, and even called them out, repeatedly, on social media. Their voices, believe it or not, also got silenced by Twitter before Elon's takeover. Gays Against Groomers did manage to get some airtime, and they frequented school board meetings along with parents denouncing the shit going on in schools.

Hope this helps. The "movement" aspect of this whole thing glows like a motherfucker. There are extremists, absolutely, and media is making these people out to be all the same to get otherwise "live and let live" types fighting each other. Fuck that noise. Parse out the crazies from the "I don't agree with you, but at least you are defending children, too" and see what they are trying to do to a free nation of people who value liberty and unity.
