Alan Komissaroff, the senior vice president of news and politics at Fox News Media died on Friday, two weeks after suffering a heart attack. He was 47.

While exercising at home on Jan. 8, Alan told his wife Rachael that he didn't feel well, a GoFundMe to support Rachael and her and Alan's two children shared.

"She called 911, and his heart stopped while paramedics were taking him to the hospital. He slipped into a coma, and never regained consciousness," the campaign added.

"Alan was the family's rock. He spent decades as a TV producer in New York; he loved his work, but he loved his wife and kids so much more."

It noted that Rachael is a teacher in New York City, and "Alan's overwhelming desire was for both his kids to have a chance to go to college. We want to make sure Alan's dream lives on, even now that he's gone."

Alan was married to Rachael, his high school sweetheart, for more than 20 years. The two share son Ben, 17, and daughter Olivia, 13.

As of Friday evening, the GoFundMe has raised more than $50,000 of its $250,000 goal.

"This is an extremely difficult day for all of us who worked closely with Alan, and we are completely heartbroken," FOX News Media CEO Suzanne Scott and FOX News Media President Jay Wallace said in a statement shared with PEOPLE.

A self-proclaimed and proud "real Brooklyn" native, Alan was a trusted veteran who was on hand when the news channel first began in 1996, a release shared with PEOPLE said. He had just graduated from college at the time. After serving as a writer, producer, and showrunner, he garnered the title of Senior Vice President of News & Politics and oversaw all political coverage from election seasons to daily news operations.

Saluting him as "the ultimate producer", Scott and Wallace said, "The recent midterm election coverage was easily one of the finest nights of special coverage he produced throughout his career."

"There was no steadier or more trusted colleague to be with in the control room during the most consequential events of our time and his incisiveness and passion for news made our work better. His sharp sense of humor and quick wit throughout his incredible career also led to the many lifelong friendships he made here," the two execs added.

Poland considered partitioning Ukraine – former FM

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has denied the claim, urging Radoslaw Sikorski to retract and “weigh his words”

Former Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has suggested that the government in Warsaw considered partitioning Ukraine in the first weeks of the military conflict between Kiev and Moscow. His comments came in an interview with Radio ZET on Monday, prompting a strong retort from the country’s prime minister, Mateusz Morawiecki.

Sikorski was asked if the ruling Law and Justice (PiS) government had ever entertained the idea of dividing up Ukraine. He replied by stating that there was “a moment of hesitation in the first 10 days of the war, when we all didn’t know how it would go, that maybe Ukraine would fall.”

“Had it not been for the heroism of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and the help of the West, things could have been different,”Sikorski said.

His remarks soon drew a reaction from Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who accused Sikorski of behaving “like a Russian propagandist.”

“The former foreign minister must weigh his words. I expect these disgraceful statements to be withdrawn. I call on the opposition to dissociate themselves from Radoslaw Sikorski's declaration,” Morawiecki tweeted.

It is not the first time Sikorski has been at odds with the government in Warsaw. In September, the ex-minister tweeted “Thank you, USA”alongside a photo of a massive gas leak caused by the sabotage of Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines in the Baltic Sea.

Sikorski further congratulated those responsible for the act, saying the severe damage caused to the natural gas pipelines would force Russia to talk to Poland and Ukraine if it wanted to continue delivering gas to Europe. “Good work,” he concluded in a second tweet. He later deleted both tweets.

Russia responded to the former FM’s post by calling it an “official statement” confirming the Nord Stream incident was a “terrorist attack.” It still remains unclear who exactly was behind the sabotage as both Ukraine and Washington and its allies have denied responsibility.

Santos should switch parties

From drag queen allegations to resume enhancements to this or that, Representative George Santos has a little explaining to do. According to news reports, the list keeps growing:

Newly elected Rep. George Santos, R-N.Y., is facing a host of questions: He's accused of faking his résumé and the circumstances of his mother's death along with having questionable campaign finances reporting and allegations of pilfering from a fundraising campaign for a dying dog, among other things.

He has acknowledged embellishing his educational background and job history, but has denied most of the other allegations, even as he was sworn in for his new House post this month.

The allegations have sparked multiple demands for his resignation, as well as at least two investigations and calls for additional probes. Santos, 34, has repeatedly said he will not resign.

Santos should switch parties and no one will ask him to resign. Let me explain:

1) It won't impact the House majority. The GOP has the numbers and the Dems need a legislator to go "drag queen" for the teachers' union;

2) He can join the king of all résumé enhancers, President Biden. They call him "the fabulist in chief" and there is a video to prove it;

3) He can ask Senator Elizabeth Warren what it's like to lie about your past; and,

4) there is always Senator Richard Blumenthal who can explain how to stop media questions about the Vietnam War he did not serve in.

Easy as 1-2-3. Flip parties and the whole thing will disappear in a New York minute! Representative Santos will fill right at home on the other side. Santos to Democrats for a player not to be named later and let's move on from this distraction.

The formal inclusion of the Wagner PMC by the US government on its list of transnational criminal organizations took place just a few days after the organization experienced success on the battlefield in Soledar. This is aside from the fact that Washington has been lobbing various accusations at Wagner for several years. RT asked the private military company’s founder Yevgeny Prigozhin what he thinks explains these latest moves from the US. Here is his reply:

Good is always fighting evil in this world. The Wagner PMC is a force. It’s part of Russian power. And this power is always on the side of good.

Of course if we philosophize, then for some the Wagner PMC is good, and for others it’s evil. But it is evil for our enemies. America and Russia are sworn enemies, and this is an established fact, whatever your views.

The Americans want to break Russia up into small pieces, and then take on China and its other rivals, in order to remain the largest and most powerful country on earth. This is all part of the debate over whether we will have a multipolar or a unipolar world. And so far the US has been doing a very good job of that. Take the USSR as an example.

The Wagner PMC has not committed any crimes. Others spend their days trying to pin various crimes on us in different parts of the world. But, unlike America’s paramilitary forces, the Wagner PMC eliminates only enemies of peace and commits no crimes. Of course, if you employ double standards, you can dig up dirt on anyone.

But then we should ask these questions: Who dropped the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki without any consequences for themselves? Who arranged wars and revolutions in Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Mozambique, Central Africa, and so on? Some of these countries later turned to the Wagner PMC, which put an end to these wars with an iron fist. So if we consider the Wagner PMC a criminal organization, then the US is a powerful crime syndicate, which lives on the money of the whole world. Accordingly, compared to this crime syndicate, the Wagner PMC is more like the vice police.

I know many secrets that are very upsetting for the Americans. I have witnesses who remember how CIA officials trained Osama Bin Laden and brought bags of money and weapons to ISIS in Syria and other countries. They were preparing outlaws and terrorists all over the world so that there would be trouble everywhere – in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America. It was only supposed to be peaceful on the dreamy blue island called the United States.

Most world powers try not to clash with America. Those regimes that do fight back are usually declared anti-democratic, then criminal, and then terrorist. PMC Wagner is not a country or a regime; rather it is a young and unbridled force, which is why it’s so feared by the Americans. They tried to destroy this force at Deir ez-Zor [Syria] in 2018, but it has recovered its spirit and is able to look into the eyes of the personification of global evil without fear.

It is very important to note that we have never behaved aggressively towards the Americans, but, nevertheless, we have not accepted rudeness from them. On more than one occasion, we have caught armed groups and American intelligence officers who tried to harm the Wagner PMC and organized assassination attempts. Each time we kicked their asses and let them go in peace (there is plenty of video footage), and, before sending them home, we fed them lunch and dinner.

That’s why the Americans are perplexed: we don't touch them, but we also don't let them push us around. That's why they are so upset. We don’t want what's theirs, but we won't give up what's ours. Oh, man, you really hit a nerve. I think I've answered in full.

Former Special Agent in charge of counter-intelligence in the New York field office, Charles McGonigal, was arrested on Saturday night for conspiring with Oleg Deripaska, a sanctioned Russian Oligarch.

Charles McGonigal was hit with a five-count indictment and charged with “violating and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”) and with conspiring to commit money laundering and money laundering.”

Mr. McGonigal retired in 2018, according to the DOJ’s press release.

While working at the FBI, he “supervised and participated in investigations of Russian oligarchs, including Deripaska.”

Per the DOJ: U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “As alleged, Charles McGonigal, a former high-level FBI official, and Sergey Shestakov, a Court interpreter, violated U.S. sanctions by agreeing to provide services to Oleg Deripaska, a sanctioned Russian oligarch. They both previously worked with Deripaska to attempt to have his sanctions removed, and, as public servants, they should have known better. This Office will continue to prosecute those who violate U.S. sanctions enacted in response to Russian belligerence in Ukraine in order to line their own pockets.”

“As alleged, Mr. McGonigal and Mr. Shestakov, both U.S. citizens, acted on behalf of Deripaska and fraudulently used a U.S. entity to obscure their activity in violation of U.S. sanctions. After sanctions are imposed, they must be enforced equally against all U.S. citizens in order to be successful. There are no exceptions for anyone, including a former FBI official like Mr. McGonigal. Supporting a designated threat to the United States and our allies is a crime the FBI will continue to pursue aggressively.” the DOJ said on Monday.

The DOJ alleges that both McGonigal and Shestakov knew that their actions violated US sanctions because McGonigal received classified information that Deripaska would be added to a list of Russian oligarchs to be sanctioned.

“In addition, in 2019, MCGONIGAL and SHESTAKOV worked on behalf of Deripaska in an unsuccessful effort to have the sanctions against Deripaska lifted.” the DOJ said.

DailyMail.com can reveal that both of her parents are high-flying businesspeople, withher father running a New Jersey-based Chinese media company and her mother a former British Foreign Office consultant.

Shen was arrested alongside Sarah Wasilewski, 35, Spencer Liberto, 29, Matt Macar, 30, along with Geoffrey Parson, 20, of Baltimore, TImothy Murphy, 25, of Maine, and Christopher Reynolds, 31, of Ohio.

She was charged with domestic terrorism and aggravated assault of an officer, and was previously arrested during an anti-ICE demonstration at the Bergen County Jail in 2021.

Her father, James Shen, 58, is the president of publisher WiCON – which owns Pharma Chinaand brags about its links to the 'most multinational pharma companies' across China.

He claims to come from a 'family with generations of ties with the pharmaceutical industry in China' and described himself as a 'strategist, advisor and publisher' specializing in China Healthcare.

Shen herself appears to have followed in her father's footsteps initially, interning at both Reuters and CNN – with the latter refusing to report n the clashes after the 'conflict of interest' was revealed.

She grew up in the three-bedroom $810k family home in Princetown, New Jersey, before moving to a one bed $500k Brooklyn apartment.

Her mother Xiao-Hua Shen was one of the first group of university scholarship students sent by the Chinese Government to study in the UK at Exeter University.

The 63-year-old is available to speak at events, and calls herself a 'Global Diversity Expert' who has an 'in-depth knowledge' of how to do 'successful business in China.'

She also worked as a trainer and consultant in London, for Lloyds of London and the British Foreign Office.

Her website claims while at the foreign government she taught diplomats about the Chinese language and culture – to prepare for negotiation with China.

Xiao-Hua holds both an MA from Exeter University, UK and a Master of Education from Columbia University.

Mr and Mrs Shen did not respond to a request for comment by DailyMail.com.

The Russian embassy in Spain has rubbished allegations raised in a fresh report by The New York Times, branding it a pure “fantasy” providing zero evidence.

The article published at the weekend claimed that Western officials believe Russian military intelligence officers directed a “white supremacist militant group based in Russia” to carry out a recent letter bomb campaign in Spain.

The report, citing unnamed US and European security officials, claimed that the incidents were actually a Moscow-orchestrated campaign “intent on keeping European governments off guard and may be testing out proxy groups in the event Moscow decides to escalate a conflict.” At the same time, the unnamed officials admitted there have been “no signs that Moscow is ready to engage in widespread covert attacks or sabotage in Europe.”

Responding to the report, the Russian embassy in Spain said the publication was a pure “fantasy.” The article boiled down to a simple message that “American and European officials believe that Russian military intelligence is guilty” of the recent attacks, the embassy said.

“The zeal with which the Spanish press began to disseminate this brilliant investigation, despite it not containing a single piece of evidence, brings certain attention,” the mission noted.

The string of attacks, involving parcel bombs and packages with hazardous materials, hit Spain late last year. Arguably the most prominent incident occurred in late November, when a parcel bomb exploded at the Ukrainian embassy in Madrid. An employee of the mission, who handled the parcel, received minor injuries in the blast.

Apart from that, explosive packages were found at the US embassy in the country, as well as at a major air base near Madrid.

Early investigation results, reported by local media at the time, indicated Spanish police believed the string of attacks was staged by a single person within the country, as opposed to an organized group. Reports also said that Spanish police had ruled out the involvement of Russian intelligence services.

To prohibit and, where appropriate, stop experimentation practices with solar geoengineering in the country, the Government of Mexico, through inter-institutional coordination between the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (Semarnat) and the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt), will carry out actions attached to the precautionary principle to protect communities and environmental environments.

The United Nations (UN) Convention on Biological Diversity, to which Mexico is a party, established in 2010 a moratorium that is still in force against the deployment of geoengineering.

The opposition to these climatic manipulations is based on the fact that there are currently no international agreements that address or supervise solar geoengineering activities, which represent an economically advantageous way out for a minority and risky for the supposed remediation of climate change.

For this reason, Semarnat will implement a strategy that prohibits these practices within the national territory, which will serve to strengthen the first references worldwide. Recently in the state of Baja California Sur, the Startup Make Sunsets carried out technical experiments of this type, launching meteorological balloons with sulfur dioxide, without prior notice and without the consent of the Government of Mexico and the surrounding communities. In the blog of the Make Sunsets website, the company reports that it does not know the results of the experiment, since the balloons were not monitored or recovered.
