DOJ signals to Jordan that it won’t share info on criminal investigations
‘Longstanding policy’ directs department to stay quiet about inquiries.
The Department of Justice this week signaled to Congress that it was not likely to comply with requests for oversight into ongoing criminal investigations, citing longstanding federal policy regarding those inquiries.
The Office of the Assistant Attorney General said in a letter to Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan regarding his “requests to interview Department officials” that “as a matter of longstanding policy and practice, the Department refrains from making line agents and line attorneys available for congressional testimony or interviews.”
The letter further noted that the DOJ refrains from either “confirming or denying the existence of pending investigations in response to congressional requests or providing non-public information about our investigations.”
The preemptive denial of certain oversight requests likely signals upcoming tension between House Republicans and the Biden DOJ, with the former vowing to launch numerous oversight investigations into the federal government as part of their new control of the lower chamber.
Jordan serves as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, which exercises significant oversight over federal administrative and judicial matters.

Gen. Mark Milley: ‘Very, Very Difficult’ to Eject Russian Forces from Ukraine This Year
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley acknowledged on Friday that it would be difficult for Ukrainian forces to “eject” Russian forces from all of Ukraine this year.
“From a military standpoint, I still maintain that for this year it would be very, very difficult to militarily eject the Russian forces from all — every inch of Ukraine and occupied — or Russian-occupied Ukraine. That doesn’t mean it can’t happen, doesn’t mean it won’t happen, but it’d be very, very difficult,” Milley said in Germany.
He said what he thinks can happen is a “continued defense stabilized in the front.”
But he again poured cold water on the idea of a military victory for Ukraine.
“But I do think at the end of the day this war, like many wars in the past, will end at some sort of negotiating table, and that’ll be determined in terms of timing by the leaders of both countries, both Russia and Ukraine,” he said.
Milley was speaking at a press conference after a meeting of about 50 defense leaders of nations supporting Ukraine, known as the Ukraine Defense Contact Group. Friday marked the eighth meeting of the group.
Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin pledged to support Ukraine “for as long as it takes.” That statement was accompanied by another package of military aid to Ukraine, in the amount of $2.5 billion.
The U.S. has sent $27.5 billion in military equipment, much of it from its own stocks, to Ukrainian forces since January 2021, and more than $100 billion in aid overall.
In November, the New York Times reported that Milley has argued inside the White House that the Ukrainians have made as many gains on the battlefield as possible before winter and they should try to cement those gains at the bargaining table, but other Biden administration officials disagreed that it is time for negotiations.
However, Milley quickly tried to clarify his remarks afterwards, spouting the administration’s line that the United States would “continue to support Ukraine as long as it takes to keep them free.”
Milley did say on Friday, however, it is “very, very possible” for Ukraine to be able to launch an offensive against Russian forces to “liberate as much Ukrainian territory as possible,” but that there was a “short window of time” to be able to equip and train Ukrainian forces.

Ukraine - Russian Army Activates Southern Front
The long expected Russian offensive in Ukraine has begun.
The Ukrainian army, egged on by its U.S. controllers, had put most of its resource into the static defense of the Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) - Soledar sector of the eastern front. An insane number of Ukrainian brigades, though many partially depleted, were concentrated on that 50 kilometer long front. This left other sectors nearly empty of Ukrainian troops.
I count the equivalent of some 27 brigade size formations in that area. The usual size of a brigade is some 3,000 to 4,000 men with hundreds of all kinds of vehicles. If all brigades had their full strength that force would count as 97,500 men. In a recent interview the Ukrainian military commander Zaluzhny said that his army has 200,000 men trained to fight with 500,000 more having other functions or currently being trained. The forces which are currently getting mauled in the Bakhmut area constitute 50% of Ukraine's battle ready forces.
On the southern and northern sectors of the battle-line the Ukrainian forces have been thinned out and are only able to defend against minor forces.
The Ukrainian forces in the north and south are in the same position Russian troops had been in when the Ukrainian army last year launched a blitz attack in the Kharkiv region. The Russian screening force of some 2,000 boarder guards and federal police retreated and used its artillery to destroy the oncoming Ukrainian forces. The attack ran out of power and came to a halt after progressing some 70 kilometers on a rather large front. But Ukraine no longer has, unlike the Russians at that time, the artillery that is need to stop a larger thrust.

The Global Economy Financial Conflict Is Similar To Aviation Flight Without Border
The easiest way to fully understand the global economy financial conflict between nations is compare it with the aviation flight.
In the aviation industry, there are always 2 kind of flights: domestic flight vs international flight.
Why that?
For safety and security.
With the international flight, it will take much more time to checking before both “enter” and “exit” the border.
With the domestic flight, you won’t need that much time.
But can you imagine what happen if there won’t be any separation between international flight and domestic flight, but only 1 “flight” type in the aviation industry?
Then all the international airports with decent amount of passengers will collapse and cannot operating because the border police do not have time for that kind of checking for the mass, the number are too much too handle.
The flow of passengers and the flow of money are similar.
All the conflicts related to global economy financial is because they do not separate between domestic trading vs international trading !
All the major problems would disappear overnight if all the nations/authority demand have domestic currency for domestic trading, international currency for international trading.
The old system are outdated and not “match” with the current living environment.
You have many big international groups that only focus on make money without care about the society.
But the duty of national government is make the society less chaos and balance, but their “power” is limited within their nation only. Even within any authority, there always conflicts and corruption between people as well.
So overall, it is chaos because they do not “separate” and “sort” out the currency.
They only way to end the global conflict is the authority/nations must separate currency: domestic for domestic trading and international for international trading !
There is no any solution left for this mortal human realm !
If they don’t event talk about it, then the problems will always exist till the great natural disaster that majority of world population will die !
I still do not understand why none of them talk and give that ideas/solutions in the public.
It could only be 2 possibility:
– They are too stupid, do not know what to do.
– Some entity behind the authority/government don’t want to do it for whatever reason like prefer want to see mortal human suffering till death or envy with others, etc.
If you ask, is that easy or hard to have the new world financial system that all nations will like?
Then the answer is super easy, but the problem is no any nations want to do it.

"At the outset of this matter, the President directed his personal attorneys to fully cooperate with the Department of Justice," Bauer said. "Accordingly, having previously identified and reported to DOJ a small number of documents with classification markings at the President’s Wilmington home, and in the interest of moving the process forward as expeditiously as possible, we offered to provide prompt access to his home to allow DOJ to conduct a search of the entire premises for potential vice-presidential records and potential classified material."
"DOJ had full access to the President’s home, including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades," Bauer continued.
"DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President," Bauer said. "DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years."
Bauer added that the president's team has "attempted to balance the importance of public transparency where appropriate with the established norms and limitations necessary to protect the investigation’s integrity."
"We will continue to do so throughout the course of our cooperation with DOJ," Bauer said.
While Bauer's statement addresses that the Justice Department took "six items consisting of documents with classification markings," it is unclear the exact number of classified documents seized during the search.
"The President’s lawyers and White House Counsel’s Office will continue to cooperate with DOJ and the Special Counsel to help ensure this process is conducted swiftly and efficiently," White House counsel Richard Sauber said in a statement Saturday evening.
The search comes a week after Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed U.S. Attorney Robert Hur as special counsel to investigate the president’s possible unauthorized removal and improper retention of classified documents and records discovered at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C., and in his private residence in Wilmington, Delaware.
Classified records were found inside the Washington, D.C., offices of the Penn Biden Center think tank on Nov. 2, 2022, but only disclosed to the public last week.
A second stash of classified documents was also found inside the garage of the president’s home in Wilmington. Last weekend, additional classified documents were found in the president’s home.

DOJ search of Biden home turned up six more classified documents
Department of Justice officials found six more documents with classified markings at President Biden’s Wilmington, Del., home during a Friday search, the president’s personal attorney said in a statement on Saturday.
Bob Bauer, a personal lawyer for Biden, said in a statement that the Justice Department was given access to the president’s home after previous searches in recent weeks had turned up a total of 11 classified documents.
“DOJ requested that the search not be made public in advance, in accordance with its standard procedures, and we agreed to cooperate,” Bauer said.
“DOJ had full access to the President’s home, including personally handwritten notes, files, papers, binders, memorabilia, to-do lists, schedules, and reminders going back decades,” Bauer continued. “DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President. DOJ also took for further review personally handwritten notes from the vice-presidential years.”
The search lasted roughly 13 hours, Bauer said, and covered working, living and storage spaces in the home. Representatives from Biden’s personal legal team and the White House counsel’s office were there while Justice Department officials conducted the search.
Biden is spending the weekend at his property in Rehoboth Beach, Del., which is about 90 miles south of Wilmington. Biden spent last weekend in Wilmington.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre declined to comment when asked Friday if the decision for Biden to go to Rehoboth Beach was related to documents being found in Wilmington.
In a separate statement, White House special counsel Richard Sauber said Biden directed his personal lawyers to fully cooperate with the Justice Department.
“Since the beginning, the President has been committed to handling this responsibly because he takes this seriously,” Sauber said in a statement.
Saturday’s disclosure marks the fourth time officials have found documents from Biden’s time as vice president at either his old Washington, D.C., office or his Wilmington home.
Personal lawyers for Biden first found a small number of documents with classified markings at the office he used while working for the Biden-Penn Center from 2017-2019. The documents were found on Nov. 2, 2022, but the findings were not publicly disclosed until Jan. 17 after they were reported by CBS News.
Days later, the White House confirmed six more documents were found at Biden’s WIlmington residence during a search conducted in December.
Last Saturday, the White House confirmed a search had been conducted two days earlier at Biden’s home and turned up five additional documents with classified markings.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has appointed a special counsel to oversee the investigation into the handling of the documents. Presidents and vice presidents are required under the Presidential Records Act to turn over materials to the National Archives upon leaving office.
The Biden White House has been steadfast that it is cooperating with the Justice Department in its investigation, and the president has emphasized that he has been surprised by the disclosures and takes the handling of classified materials seriously.
“I think you’re going to find there’s nothing there. I have no regrets, I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. That’s exactly what we’re doing, there’s no there there,” Biden said Thursday during a trip to California to survey storm damage.
While the White House has maintained that it has been slow to share new details in order to avoid the release of incomplete information, the slow drip of additional findings has given fuel to Republican critics.
House Republicans have already said they intend to use their new majority to investigate Biden’s handling of classified documents, and former President Donald Trump has been quick to equivocate between the Biden controversy and his own mishandling of classified materials.
In Trump’s case, the former president had hundreds of sensitive government materials at his Mar-a-Lago estate more than a year after leaving office. He and his team refused to cooperate with federal officials, prompting an FBI search last August to secure additional documents Trump was keeping in Florida. A separate special counsel is overseeing a DOJ probe into Trump’s conduct.

Hunter Biden’s laptop has proven to be an invaluable source of information in uncovering the Biden Crime Family’s corruption. Now the laptop may have caught Joe Biden possibly leaving an unsealed box of classified documents out in the open just ahead of a child’s birthday party according to the New York Post.
This means unless the box was immediately sealed and put away, an inquisitive kid could have started rummaging through the box and taken a couple of documents. It’s not like Joe would have noticed any missing.
This all seems perfectly apt considering Biden has proven that he handles classified documents like a child.
Remember, Biden left a top secret document on an open table in his White House office while interviewing with a reporter from The Arizona Republic back in 2010. The photographer at the meeting actually captured images of the document before the White House forced him to delete them.
Of course, the ongoing scandal involving Biden illustrates the same pattern. As The Gateway Pundit indefatigably reported, Biden seized top secret documents and placed them in unsecure locations, including the Penn Biden Center and in the garage at his home in Wilmington, Delaware.

A box labeled “Important Doc’s + Photos” was left unsealed on a table ahead of a child’s birthday party in the Delaware home where the 80-year-old president has been discovered to have stashed sensitive government records, a photo from his son’s laptop, discovered by The Post Friday reveals.
Images from Hunter Biden’s laptop show an array of family photos spread out on a dining table surrounded by chairs hours before the gathering, as well as a white cardboard file box with brown packing tape on it.
But the lid — which was covered with the words “Important Doc’s + Photos” written in black — had been opened and was ajar in the shot Hunter Biden snapped.
While it’s unknown what was actually in the box, reports have suggested Joe Biden may have taken the White House documents for use in writing his memoir, “Promise Me, Dad,” which was published in November 2017.
This means Biden in this instance potentially took classified documents from the White House in order to profit financially. Was he looking to do the same with the known classified, top-secret documents he absconded with?

Do you take out the professors that train medical staff quietly? Do you shoot them all in the head? Replace them with doppelgangers? Poison them?

So I'm at asilver Dollar City watching the Glass Blowers make some cool stuff. Got into a Conversation with one of the old timers and asked deeper into the conversation if Quartz Crystal could be melted. He said 100% that it was essentially the same melting point as glass.
So this leads me to a theory, which is why I asked him, that the Crystal Skulls that have been found could simply have been melted crystal poured into ceramic molds…
The other side of this is how crystal have been used in radio through rectification with metals… So I wonder if there was some sort of device these went into or some metal wizards cone hat that went on these to receive messages.
