US Reportedly Probing Possible Trafficking of 50 Children Working at Slaughterhouses

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The US federal government is investigating whether 50 children working at food slaughterhouses in the Midwest were illegally trafficked, NBC reported.

Investigators are interviewing the children, some as young as 13, to determine if there are any labor trafficking violations, the report said on Thursday, citing three officials from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

DHS, the report added, is not investigating the company that hired the children, Packers Sanitation Services Inc (PSSI), for human trafficking, but is trying to see if outside traffickers forced children to work for PSSI.

However, US authorities in a complaint in December said PSSI violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, which prohibits "oppressive child labor," by illegally hiring minors.

In court filings, the report added, PSSI did not deny hiring children but claimed it was due to “rogue individuals” who presented fake identification.

The company resolved the allegations by agreeing to a consent order that required PSSI to enhance policies.

PSSI, which employs 17,000 workers at 500 locations nationwide, has been owned by the giant private equity firm Blackstone since 2018.

For the duration of the COVID-19 public health emergency declared pursuant to section 319 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247d), this Act makes it unlawful under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act for any person, partnership, or corporation to engage in a deceptive act or practice in or affecting commerce associated with the treatment, cure, prevention, mitigation, or diagnosis of COVID–19 or a government benefit related to COVID–19. The Act provides that such a violation shall be treated as a violation of a rule defining an unfair or deceptive act or practice prescribed under Sec. 18(a)(1)(B) of the FTC Act.

This means that you or anyone else who has been harmed by the false advertising of the Covid 19 "vaccine" as being "safe and effective" and anyone who has acted to receive the vaccine because they were led to believe (falsely) that it was required by law, are able to bring suit and sue for damages under the above Consumer Protection Act Section.

Let me suggest that all Territorial Persons who have been harmed by these charlatans should gather together to front gigantic class action lawsuits against the Big Pharma corporations and others responsible for the injuries that they have suffered.

All Americans who have recouped their lawful status and who are enabled to act as Lawful Persons have to bring suit as individuals with individual injuries, but may benefit from establishing "stare decisis" in one case which then also applies to a multitude of other cases involving the same elements of misrepresentation and resulting injury.

Everyone from all three populations - Americans, Territorials, and Municipals - can sue in cross-jurisdictional courts. Americans can sue in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, while Territorial U.S. Citizens can sue in Federal District Courts and Municipal citizens of the United States can sue for damages in Municipal COURTS, all under the provisions of this Section of the 2021 Consumer Protection Act.

Americans and Territorials can sue for actual injury, while Municipal PERSONS are limited to commercial damages; and, as the criminals responsible for this circumstance cannot return the health they have destroyed and stole, the only possible restitution is in terms of monetary and asset awards.

That is not any reasonable abatement or consideration for the lost lives of children and grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters…. it's simply all that the guilty corporations have to show for their activities and the only way they can ever "repay" anyone for anything.

The number of deaths rises to 54 and the state of emergency in Peru is extended, in the midst of the “taking of Lima”

Protesters and police clashed in the streets of Lima this Thursday, in the midst of the anti-government protests that Peru is experiencing. At least three people died during the nationwide demonstrations, according to the Ombudsman’s Office, which updated the total death toll to 54.

Thousands of people marched through the center of the capital in protests that were called under the slogan of the “taking of Lima.” Some groups of protesters encountered a large police presence at points in the city. Agents lined up, wearing riot shields, to block access to the main squares where government buildings are located.

In fact, some 11,800 policemen guarded the city this Thursday, according to what General Víctor Sanabria, chief of the National Police of the Lima region, said at the beginning of the day.

Police forces were also seen firing tear gas at some protesters in the city center.

By this Thursday afternoon, some groups had reached Plaza San Martín and Plaza Dos de Mayo, despite the strong police presence.

Roadblocks were also reported in the Junín and Ica regions.

For its part, the Peruvian Ombudsman’s Office increased the death toll related to the protests in the country to 54 this Thursday, after reporting on its Twitter account one more death during the clashes in Arequipa. The entity did not specify the circumstances behind this death and urged prosecutors to open an investigation into the accident.

The Ministry of the Interior of Peru reported that the National Police “frustrated an attempt to take over” the facilities of the Alfredo Rodríguez Ballón airport in Arequipa. “The mob that attacked the troops stationed at the air terminal was repelled by applying institutional protocols,” the entity reported on its Twitter account.

Lima woke up this Thursday with a strong police and military presence protecting Parliament, the Palace of Justice (symbol of the Judiciary in Peru), the Prosecutor’s Office, and selected television stations, according to local media.

Vaccine contamination with Simian vacuolating virus 40, known as SV40 occurred in the United States and other countries between 1955 and 1961.

SV40 is a monkey virus that has the potential to cause cancer in animals and humans, although this is considered very unlikely and there have been no known human cases. Soon after its discovery, SV40 was identified in early batches of the oral form of the polio vaccine. The vaccines in which SV40 was found were produced between 1955 and 1961 by Lederle (now a subsidiary of Wyeth). The contamination may have been in the original seed strain (coded SOM) or in the substrate—primary kidney cells from infected monkeys that were used to grow the vaccine virus during production.[citation needed]

Both the Sabin vaccine (oral, live virus) and the Salk vaccine (injectable, killed virus) were affected; the technique used to inactivate the polio virus in the Salk vaccine, by means of formaldehyde, did not reliably kill SV40. The contaminated vaccine continued to be distributed to the public through 1963.

It was difficult to detect small quantities of virus until the advent of polymerase chain reaction; since then, stored samples of vaccine made after 1962 have tested negative for SV40. In 1997, Herbert Ratner of Oak Park, Illinois, gave some vials of 1955 Salk vaccine to researcher Michele Carbone. Ratner, the Health Commissioner of Oak Park at the time the Salk vaccine was introduced, had kept these vials of vaccine in a refrigerator for over forty years. Upon testing this vaccine, Carbone discovered that it contained not only the SV40 strain already known to have been in the Salk vaccine (containing two 72-bp enhancers) but also the same slow-growing SV40 strain currently found in some malignant tumors and lymphomas (containing one 72-bp enhancer). It is unknown how widespread the virus was among humans before the 1950s, though one study found that 12% of a sample of German medical students in 1952 – prior to the advent of the vaccines – had SV40 antibodies.

An analysis presented at the Vaccine Cell Substrate Conference in 2004 suggested that vaccines used in the former Soviet bloc countries, China, Japan, and Africa, could have been contaminated up to 1980, meaning that hundreds of millions more could have been exposed to the virus unknowingly.

Population level studies show no evidence of any increase in cancer incidence as a result of exposure, though SV40 has been extensively studied. A thirty-five year followup found no excess of the cancers commonly associated with SV40.

Personally, I am more concerned with the possibility of conflating and confounding factors. For example, HIV became a thing after we effectively eradicated smallpox. If "AIDS" is really just "IDS" and is not commonly the result of a comminicable disease, then there does not need to be an HIV to explain it. People just have immune systems that fail much like people have kidneys that fail or bone marrow that fails, or hearts that fail. We didn't notice it, before, because it would be the impending doom that a case of smallpox in adulthood was - a sign that your immune system was imploding and you would die from one of the most endemic viral infections in time.

This is not helped by the fact that we do not isolate viruses under electron microscopes anymore. We use a range of methods to try and identify what is in the body that were developed for strictly controlled lab procedures. I'll buy that a gene tag can be detected in laboratory experiments. I'm not so sure I buy efforts to diagnose viral infections in people using these same methods, particularly when we have not isolated a novel virus as an example of the causative agent. In the soup of proteins and synthase products, how do I know we are not picking up debris from cell damage or specific responses from organelles to that damage? If people who are direly ill are likely to trigger a false positive for HIV - what is the common denominator that creates the positive reaction and if a novel virus is not the exclusive cause, what is the probability research is chasing a phantom? Hence all of the magical capabilities of HIV to lay dormant for decades and yet no one has successfully isolated the virus.

I think it more plausible we are looking at some common mode of failure for the immune system which can be a temporary or permanent condition that only has some causal relation to communicable diseases.

Of course… you can't scare the shit out of people and launch insane experiments in africa if it's something so mundane.
