A former Democratic congressman is going to prison for election fraud.

Michael “Ozzie” Myers of Philadelphia was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison on Tuesday, according to a Justice Department news release.

The politician served nearly two terms in the House of Representatives from 1976 to 1980, representing what was then Pennsylvania’s 1st Congressional District.

Myers admitted to orchestrating the fraudulent stuffing of ballot boxes in Pennsylvania elections in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, according to the Department of Justice.

The political operative worked with elections judges Marie Beren and Domenick Demuro in his fraud operation, according to Fox News. Demuro admitted in May 2020 to taking bribes from Myers, and Beren “pleaded guilty to the scheme in October 2021.”

Myers arranged ballot stuffing in favor of Democratic candidates who had paid him “consulting fees,” according to the Justice Department.

The corrupt election workers would add ballots in favor of Myers’ clients and proceed to certify the compromised results.

In a remarkable twist, this isn’t even the first time that Myers has been locked up for corruption.

Myers served three years of prison time for accepting bribes from FBI agents posing as wealthy Arab sheikhs seeking political favors in the so-called “Abscam” scandal, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

The Democrat would be expelled from the House in 1980 for the scandal, becoming one of the few representatives in the history of Congress to be given the boot.

Prosecutors are pointing to Myers’ crimes as poison to election confidence in Philadelphia.

“Voting is the cornerstone of our democracy,” United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero said in the Justice Department news release.

“If even one vote has been illegally cast or if the integrity of just one election official is compromised, it diminishes faith in process.”

FBI agent Jacqueline Maguire had even sharper words for Myers.

“Through his actions, Ozzie Myers pointedly disdained both the will of Philadelphia voters and the rule of law. He’s now a federal felon twice over, heading back behind bars, with time to consider the great consequence of free and fair elections.”

Myers was remanded immediately into federal custody after his Tuesday sentencing, with U.S. District Judge Paul S. Diamond expressing his belief that the corrupt politician had learned nothing 40 years after his first federal prison bid, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.

And by “a few,” I’ll admit I’m very disappointed that the conclusion we’re coming to is not being embraced by every single alternative or “fringe” media outlet. Whoever pulled the trigger to take out the Nord Stream pipelines did so on orders from the globalist elite cabal to push us even closer to The Great Reset.

This attack does three things on behalf of the globalist elites. The first two are obvious: It solidifies the energy crisis that was already brewing in Europe and thereby western society, and it stokes tensions between NATO and Russia. The third thing it does is not so obvious. This marks the escalation of attacks on energy infrastructure that have already been happening around the world but that have been grossly underreported. Last night it was reported that “blasts” had damaged both Nord Stream pipelines that carry gas exported from Russia to Germany and other nations across northern Europe.

As a result, large amounts of natural gas were leaking into the Baltic sea, and supplies through the pipeline were completely shut off.

The alleged incident has caused a furious round of blame tennis, with accusations flying back and forth across what – for the sake of simplicity – we’ll call Iron Curtain 2.0.

The European Union has claimed the pipes were “sabotaged”, but doesn’t directly blame anyone in their statement. The Telegraph is already blaming actively the Russians, specifically Western Bogeyman President Vladimir Putin. Headlining “Why Putin would want to blow up Nord Stream 2, and the advantages it gives him”

On the flip side, the Russians have said the idea they would sabotage their own pipeline is “stupid.” Some Western alternate media have pointed to Joe Biden’s vow to totally shut down Nord Stream 2 back in February as a sign the US was behind the alleged attack.

The former Polish defence minister has come right out and said that NATO forces blew up the pipeline, according to Forbes. The question – one it seems I keep asking the last two years – is “does it really matter?”

Maybe the Americans blew it up. Maybe the Russians blew it up. Maybe someone else blew it up. Or maybe nobody blew it up, and the entire story is a fabrication.

Whatever the truth may be, the end result remains the same. Gas and electricity will be more expensive. There will be a huge push to turn to “renewables”, talk about “climate catastrophe”, and maybe even be energy rationing and/or blackouts.

People will freeze, starve and probably die this winter. That has always been part of the plan, what reason is there to think this “attack” is anything but more of the same?

Everyone is abuzz with talk of who did what, and asking “Was it sabotage?”

But the simple answer to that is “yes, of course it was.”

No matter the exact specific details of the situation, the Nordstream explosion was definitely an act of sabotage.

The same sabotage we’ve been seeing for two years.

The sabotage of our entire way of life, by people who would profit both monetarily and politically from a sea-change in the way our society is structured.

The sabotage that leads to faking a pandemic, gutting our healthcare, locking us in our homes and ruining our businesses.

The sabotage of our economy, our society and our very bodies.

The sabotage of us, by them.

The British Government is Experimenting With Feeding African Kids Worms, Locusts, and Flies.

The British government is funding projects pushing Africans to farm and consume insects, including school-age children, in randomized trials, to assess their effects.

The United Kingdom Research and Innovation (UKRI) – a subsidiary of the country’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy – is responsible for backing the projects taking place in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zimbabwe.

With a roughly $320,000 grant from the aid office, researchers in Zimbabwe will be experimenting with using mopane worms in porridge served to children in schools. Poor children aged seven to 11 in the towns of Gwanda and Harare will be fed the concoction derived from the caterpillars, which researchers allege are high in vitamins and minerals.

Ultimately, a randomized trial will be carried out to compare if children consuming insects perform better in school than their counterparts.

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, researchers will use a roughly $55,000 grant to “promote the production of insects for human food and for use in the manufacture of animal feeds,” according to a synopsis from the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office’s development tracker website. The funds are being provided by the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (Cafod).

Among the insects being pushed for consumption are caterpillars, migratory locusts, and black soldier flies. The project, which began in March and will conclude in December, is a response to water shortages allegedly due to stress placed on the environment from animal farming.

It is unclear whether or not the conclusion from the work in Africa will be applied back in the United Kingdom, though, experts in the field interviewed by mainstream media outlets have claimed it is likely.

Dr. Sarah Beynon, for example, the founder of the Bug Farm in Pembrokeshire and an academic entomologist, claimed these aid projects were “a sure way to save lives and improve nutrition of the poorest people on planet Earth,” while speaking with The Guardian.

“We are also actively encouraging people in the developed world to include insects in their diets,” she later added.

“With a population that has an appetite set to far exceed the planetary limits, and with current agriculture decimating biodiversity and changing the climate, we have no option but to change how we produce and consume food … and our views on the topic too,” Dr. Benyon continued.

Similarly, a spokesperson from the UKRI admitted:

“We support specific research projects with funding, but we anticipate that the learnings and knowledge gleaned will benefit citizens around the world irrespective of their economic status. The protein and environmental benefits of consuming insects have been widely reported globally.”

The unearthed grant is the latest example of the environment and climate being used as an excuse to push radical changes to traditional diets and farming practices.

Finland closes highway for fighter jet drill for first time in decades

JOUTSA, Finland, Sept 28 (Reuters) - Finland has shut down a section of one of its main highways for five days for the first time in decades to allow its fighter jets to practice landings and take-offs on a reserve road runway.

The Nordic country, which is applying for NATO membership following neighbouring Russia's invasion of Ukraine, has a dozen similar reserve runways designed for wartime use around the country.

But the reserve roadbase located in Joutsa, Central Finland, has not been used for decades due to its importance as the main highway connecting the capital Helsinki to the more northern parts of the country.

Nevertheless, it took the Air Force only a few days to clear the roadsides and prepare the site for the exercise in which some 200 staff and Finland's F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets, older Hawk Mk 51 trainer planes and other military aircraft participate, the head of Finnish Air Force Academy, Colonel Vesa Mantyla said.

"Mainly I believe all the roadbases are in quite good condition so easily taken into the operations in a couple of days," Mantyla said.

In order to protect its fleet, the Finnish Air Force can rapidly disperse all its aircraft across the country and therefore it rehearses on the road bases annually.

"The threat from Russia or the actions from Russia with the cruise missiles and ballistic missiles (in Ukraine) proves that the concept of dispersed operations is right," Mantyla said.

Hundreds of locals gathered on the roadside in Joutsa on Wednesday to follow the drill where pilots practise landing on a 2-kilometre (1.24 mile) stretch of the closed highway while ground staff rehearsed "hot refueling" a fighter jet with its engines running.

Veikko Haapala, a local pensioner who had come to spot planes, said he trusted the Finnish defence forces to be capable of defending the country, especially with the help of NATO allies.

"I do feel somewhat anxious, given how the world situation has gotten, over how we defend ourselves," Haapala, 79, said.

Another local, Seija Viinikainen, 57, welcomed the exercise amid the Ukraine war turning the situation "dubious".

"Finns too need to be awake and count in even these small countryside runways so that the military is prepared to use them and the conscripts can exercise on them as well," she said.
