On July 5, 2022, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, known as CERN, restarted its machine known as a particle accelerator. The machine was restarted today after a three-year upgrade and maintenance hiatus, and will run for the next four years. The news prompted conspiracy theories to spread online, with people speculating what might happen after the machine was turned on.

Some people said turning the accelerator on would cause the Mandela effect, or the creation of false memories. Others said it could open a portal to another dimension or a black hole.

In a 2020 case involving Boston Scientific Corp., a Delaware judge defined the term as an “adverse change in the target’s business that is consequential to the company’s long-term earnings power over a reasonable period, which one would expect to be measured in years rather than months.”

So far, Delaware courts have found only one case in which a clear MAE emerged—Fresenius SE’s $4.3 billion buyout bid in 2018 for rival drugmaker Akorn Inc.

A military rocket exploded Wednesday during the first test launch of a key component of America’s future land-based nuclear missiles.

At least 15 people were killed in a bar in South Africa last night after gunmen 'randomly' opened fire at customers - using automatic rifles and powerful handguns.

The shocking mass murder in the tavern in Soweto, Johannesburg, followed another bar shooting just hours earlier in Pietermaritzburg, which claimed the lives of four people .

The brutal attack saw the killers 'repeatedly' fire at people as they lay dead on the floor, according to one eyewitness.

Many bar patrons hid under tables and were forced to scramble over dead bodies in order to escape.

The witness, who did not want to be named, told News 24: 'I was seated at the corner with other people drinking. We had fun until around 10pm, when our fun was abruptly stopped. I saw a man carrying an AK-47 (assault rifle) opening the glass sliding door.

'He didn't say anything and started opening fire. My friend and others at the pool table scattered for cover. He sprayed them with bullets.

'I saw them falling to the ground. It was pandemonium. I hid under a table. Four dead people were lying near me. Their blood spilt on me. After the man with an assault rifle was done. Two others carrying 9mm pistols joined and repeatedly fired at people on the floor.'

'People died in front of me. Some were screaming in pain. Alcohol was scattered. After killing people, including my friend, the gunmen slowly walked away.'

Terrifyingly, after the man stepped out from under a table, he came face to face with one of the shooters who, he said, simply walked away.

Thobani Mhlabiso, 26, a bar waiter who hid behind the fridge to survive the onslaught, told reporters that some customers were shot in the head.

'I had to jump over those bodies. There was blood everywhere.'

'I'm so heartbroken,' said Sololo Mjoli, a 59-year-old gardener, whose two sons, Sthembiso, 34, Luyanda, 18, were both killed in the shootings.

Sthemibiso's girlfriend had arrived on the scene shortly after the attack to find him still breathing, Mjoli said, but he sadly later died in hospital.

At least ten others were injured in the shooting, three of whom are being treated with life-threatening injuries in hospital.

The unknown gunmen fled the scene in a white Toyota Quantum minibus and are now on the run, said a police source.

The incident happened around 12:30am this morning according to Gauteng Police Commissioner Elias Mawela.

A press statement released by his office said the gunmen had been armed with rifles and 9mm pistols when they entered the bar.

SAN DIEGO — Four of five former Navy officers were convicted Wednesday of conspiracy, bribery and fraud as part of the “Fat Leonard” corruption scandal.

A 69-year-old woman with cancer is sentenced to two months in prison in a ruling never heard of.

Pam Hemphill, is another tragic example of injustice, after peacefully protesting the stolen election on January 6th. Pam is 69 years old, battling breast cancer, with no criminal background, and is a substance abuse counselor that helped many throughout her career.

Pam was arrested for trespassing. She pled to the charge with the assurances from her attorney that with her age, cancer diagnosis, and absolute lack of criminal history, that anything short of probation has never happened.

Judge Lamberth sentenced Pam to serve 60 days in Federal prison to begin July 12th (in a matter of days).

The reason?

Though Pam was contrite during sentencing, the judge was upset by a completely different J6 prisoner’s comments to the press after sentencing on a different matter, and held that against Pam despite her age, cancer diagnosis, and law-abiding history.

It is highly unethical to punish a defendant for the conduct of another.

A 69-year-old Idaho woman who was seen being walked down the steps of the U.S. Capitol after having breached the building—and encouraging other rioters to do the same—has been sentenced to two months behind bars.

Pam Hemphill, who had flown to Washington, D.C. from Idaho on Jan. 5 to support Donald Trump’s effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, had pushed through police lines three different times as the crowd outside the Capitol grew increasingly violent. She also encouraged her fellow rioters to push their way inside the building, and she was later seen inside the Rotunda itself.

Prosecutors say that when police offered to help her, Hemphill exaggerated her injuries in an effort to distract officers from more violent protestors.

The left called the actions of those protesting the stolen illegal forgetting that US citizens have a right to protest. They discount Antifa and the Fed’s efforts to damage the Capitol and incite the crowds. They label innocent Americans who went into the Capitol trespassers when most were invited in by the police. (The doors were opened from the inside.)

They ignore the millions of examples of election fraud and claim a senile man won the election when he didn’t. They then claim President Trump tried to overturn the election when he wanted it certified based on the law because if so, it never would have gone to corrupt and criminal actors behind the Joe Biden steal.

Former FBI Director Louis Freeh gave $100,000 to a trust for two of President Biden’s grandchildren as he sought to pursue “some very good and profitable matters” with him, newly surfaced emails revealed Thursday.

Freeh apparently made the gift in April 2016 — when Biden was the outgoing vice president — and shortly before he told Biden’s son Hunter, “I would be delighted to do future work with you,” according to the emails.

In another email to Hunter Biden the following year, Freeh described seeing Joe Biden at church earlier in the day “and he said hi walking back from communion–I didn’t get the chance to return greetings.”

“If you have his cell and personal email, I’d like to have his contacts (will protect),” Freeh wrote on March 12, 2017.

The initials FSS are an apparent reference to the law firm Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan, where Freeh, a former federal judge, was a partner at the time.

The following month, Freeh wrote Hunter Biden regarding the gift he’d made to the trust for the children of Hunter’s late brother, Beau Biden, who died of brain cancer in 2015, and Beau’s wife, Hallie, with whom Hunter later had an affair.

“As you know, our family foundation made a $100K contribution to Hallie’s children’s trust last year,” Freeh wrote on April 24, 2017.

But Freeh said his accountants “now advise that since the grant did not go to a 501(c) organization, it was not a proper foundation gift” and that he planned to fix the situation by making “a new $100k gift” and having the trust “reimburse the foundation by paying it $100k.”

Biden Regime and Feds are Buying Cell Phone Location Data on Millions of Americans Through Private Brokers – Same Type of Data Used by ‘2000 Mules’ Investigators

Big brother just got a little bigger with the help of corporate America.

A new bombshell report by the Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) has blown the lid off of the “vast, secretive” partnership between private companies and the federal government to surveil and track the movements of millions of people.

According to the EFF, the Biden Regime’s alphabet agencies, including ICE, the FBI, US Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local law enforcement, are being funneled hordes of private cell phone location data by private brokers who harvest the information.

This is the same tactic that Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and True The Vote used for their investigation into the mail-in ballot dropbox fraud during the 2020 election. The cell phone location data collected by this group was used to identify the network of Democrat operatives who committed mass election fraud, as seen in the recently-released documentary “2000 Mules.”

Well, unfortunately – yet, predictably – the strategy has quickly been turned against the American people for the benefit of the DC Swamp.

Using similar data brokers, the feds are now able to purchase millions of records en masse about the private location of law-abiding citizens – which, surely, is something that should amount to a serious violation of our right to privacy under the 4th amendment. However, many apps on mobile devices actively track and record a user’s location at all times, which the federal government takes full advantage of.

Once a user allows an app access to their location, the company essentially has “free reign” to share the data with nearly no restrictions. Once it is harvested, the government comes along and buys the data in bulk and uses it in surveillance operations, according to the EFF report.

Little is known about the specifics of how this data is being used.

From EFF:

“Once in government hands, the data is used by the military to spy on people overseas, by ICE to monitor people in and around the U.S., and by criminal investigators like the FBI and Secret Service…

…While several contracts between data brokers and federal agencies are public records, very little is known about how those agencies actually use the services. Information has trickled out through government documents and anonymous sources.”

Some of the most prevalent sellers of this location data include Venntel – which is contracted to supply data to the IRS, the DHS and its subsidiaries ICE and CBP, the DEA, and the FBI – Babel Street – which specializes in “open-source intelligence” and is “widely used” by the military, intelligence agencies, private companies, and federal, state, and local law enforcement – and Anomaly 6 – which collects data via software development toolkits (SDKs) in “more than 500” mobile apps and works closely with large government clients, including the Defense Department, the Justice Department, and the intelligence community, according to EFF.

These agencies pull data from tens of thousands of apps and social media platforms and amount to just a fraction of the multi-billion-dollar industry. The business is so lucrative that virtually every app that’s available for mobile devices in the United States collects and records location and other sensitive data. So much so that the EFF report claims it is nearly impossible to determine which apps are safe or not.

For example, Venntel – by itself – claims to collect location data from over 80,000 apps. So, very few – if any – are safe from this type of personal privacy exposure.

What’s even more concerning is that the app developers themselves have no affiliation whatsoever with the large data brokers who sell the data. It’s essentially a free for all with people’s private information.
