This project is called Steered Agile Beams - STAB for short. Officials of the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, awarded a $7.3 million contract last June to Raytheon Co. of Bedford, Mass., to provide research support and data for the STAB program.

Air Force researchers are working under supervision of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in Arlington, Va., which is overseeing the STAB project.

This has nothing to do with the Disney thing, but we could go on a full day's discussion on Adams. Adams is good at using language to steer debates in a direction away from the root cause/solution scenario. He's bringing up Libertarian talking points about the economical impact of allowing corporations to operate autonomously, relieving the tax burden on the people. He wants to sound as if he's making a reasoned argument for states to give up their sovereignty to corporations because it makes "market" sense.

To figure out Adams, simply observe the fact that every time he injects himself into a discussion, he's just playing parlor tricks to steer the conversation away from the real problem. Everyone that calls him out on this gets blocked. Adams' talking points are all going to be distractions, and he knows it. He does this shit all the time, and nobody ever calls him out on it. That's why he asks questions; to seem as though he's in control, and always has a more mature take.
