Suhail Rizvi was born in India and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School. In addition to Rizvi Traverse Capital's $3.82 billion, other big winners of Twitter IPO include Evan Williams $2.55 billion, JP Morgan $2.19 billion, Spark Capital $1.46 billion, Benchmark Capital $1.42 billion, USV $1.25 billion, DST Global $1.07 billion, Jack Dorsey $1.05 billion, Dick Costolo $344 million, and Adam Bain $80 million.

Rizvi Traverse's other major investments include a controlling interest in Playboy and music rights organization Sesac, as well as stakes in news app Flipboard and Jack Dorsey's digital payments company, Square. Sources told CNBC that Rizvi invested $100 million in Facebook before its IPO and sold its shares earlier this year. It also has sold its equity stake in talent agency ICM, and in "Twilight" producer Summit Entertainment, which sold to Lionsgate.

Rizvi's biggest individual client is Prince Waleed Bin Talal of Saudi Arabia who invested $300 million pre-IPO in Twitter through Rizvi Traverse. Rizvi also invested JP Morgan Chase's $400 million pre-IPO in Twitter. Rizvi is reported to have used personal connections in Silicon Valley to purchase these stakes from Twitter employees.

Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information regarding the theft of Boston police uniforms last month.

Police said they continue to look for information about the person or persons who stole several Boston police uniforms from a uniform supply store in Weymouth, Massachusetts, between the hours of 3:30 p.m. on March 27 and 9:30 a.m. on March 28.

The FBI is assisting Weymouth police with their investigation and have offered a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect or suspects.

Police released several images Wednesday of items similar to those that were stolen.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Weymouth police at 781-682-3533 or email tipline@waymouth.ma.us.

Media Matters and Its Shadowy and Substantial Money Transfers to the Bonner Group

Media Matters is a far-left organization that labels itself as a non-profit but works as a far-left hit machine. It has connections to George Soros and its purpose appears to be to harm conservative Americans and take them out of business. But there is much more to this sketchy entity.

On Wednesday The Gateway Pundit reported on Media Matters and its questionable classification as a nonprofit that saves the entity millions in tax dollars. Almost every candidate for high office must now court ultrarich donors to finance super PACs. And with each party more reliant than ever on networks of outside groups to supplement its advertising and opposition research, fund-raisers like Ms. Bonner hold the keys to the big-money kingdom.

“The Bonner Group gets us the best fund-raising product for the lowest cost,” said David Brock, the founder of the monitoring group Media Matters and the super PAC American Bridge. “In my experience, the commission incentivizes the fund-raiser to meet the ambitious goals we set.”

Hunter Biden Likely To Be Charged Under FARA… If DoJ Applies The Mueller Standard

Below is my column in the New York Post on the potential liability of Hunter Biden under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA). I recently testified on FARA reforms and its history of enforcement.

Here is the column:

As US Attorney David Weiss leads a long line of witnesses before a grand jury, Washington is preparing for the possibility of an indictment of the son of President Joe Biden, Hunter. This has led to a nosebleed of a turn for the media, as major outlets suddenly acknowledge that the story that they tried to kill in 2020 is in fact legitimate.

Many legal experts have insisted that any prosecution for tax violations would be uncommon or unwarranted because Hunter Biden belatedly paid taxes after the start of the investigation. However, not only are tax and international transactional violations still possible, there is a looming threat of charges under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

This week, I testified in the House Judiciary Committee on enhancements of FARA and was asked whether Hunter Biden could be charged under the act. The answer is clearly yes. Indeed, if the Justice Department applies the standard used in the Paul Manafort case, it would seem like such a charge is not just possible, but even probable.

The similarities of the Manafort and Biden cases are striking. On a personal level, both men had ravenous levels of material consumption. Where Manafort had his $15,000 ostrich coat, Biden had his high-priced hookers and $143,000 Fisker sports car. Both burned through money and found themselves with towering debts.

However, the greatest similarity is how they paid those bills. The Manafort indictment included charges for lobbying on behalf of the Ukrainian government and Ukrainian political parties from 2008 to 2014. He did not register under FARA, which has sweeping terms covering such work.

While FARA was rarely used for criminal investigations and prosecutions, special counsel Robert Mueller seemed to charge by the gross under the act. He hit a line of Trump associates with such allegations from Manafort to Michael Flynn to George Papadopoulos to Rick Gates. More recently, the Justice Department used FARA to conduct searches on the homes and files of former Trump counsel Rudy Giuliani, Republican counsel Victoria Toensing and others.

The recent use of FARA was celebrated by legal experts and media figures. Now, however, Hunter Biden is the target and the evidence against him on FARA may actually be worse than Manafort in some respects.

In Biden’s laptop, there are hundreds of e-mails detailing work with “foreign principals,” which can include not just foreign governments or foreign agencies, but foreign-based companies, nonprofits and individuals, including Americans living in foreign countries. That would covers companies like CEFC, which had close ties to the Chinese government.

Biden does not appear to have done much, if any, conventional legal work for these foreign sources, despite his high fees. Indeed, there is no record Hunter did anything to earn the cool $1 million given to him to “represent” CEFC’s Patrick Ho, who was later convicted and sentenced to three years in prison.

Instead, the record shows Biden advising and facilitating access for foreign clients, including meetings with his father. That includes, like Manafort, dealings with Ukrainian officials and businesses.

World’s Top ‘Nazi Hunter’ Condemns Trudeau For Spending $794M Training Neo-Nazis In Ukraine

The world’s most prominent “Nazi hunter” has condemned Justin Trudeau and the Canadian government supporting Nazism and training neo-Nazi fighters in Ukraine, declaring that governments and media across the West are misleading the public when they claim Ukraine is not overrun by Nazis.

Efraim Zuroff, the director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Israel, believes it is a lack of “due diligence” on the part of Trudeau and the Canadian government, rather than a conscious policy decision to support Nazis in Europe.

“The Canadian government didn’t do its due diligence,” Zuroff told the Ottawa Citizen on Wednesday.

“It’s the responsibility of the Canadian Defense Ministry to know exactly who they are training.

“There is no question that there are neo-Nazis in different forms in Ukraine, whether they are in the Azov regiment or other organizations,” he added.

Zuroff’s comments came after a Radio Canada report on Monday that, back in November 2020, Canadian troops were photographed training members of the “Azov” regiment including soldiers bearing the insignia of the SS division “Galizien,” a Ukrainian unit that fought with Hitler’s Nazis in World War 2.

The authenticity of the photo was acknowledged by the Canadian military, the Ottawa Citizen reported. But Canadian Forces (CAF) rejected the idea they have any obligation to ensure they foreign troops they are training are not Nazis or terrorists…

Starting in July of 2020, under the direction of the Trump administration, US taxpayers shelled out 1.9 billion to Pfizer so they could begin rushing their Comirnaty mRNA vaccine to market. Over the course of the next year and a half, the taxpayers would be hit with another $10 billion invoice — all of which flowed directly into the pockets of Pfizer for their Covid jab.

This was only the beginning, however. In November 2021, they received another $5.3 billion in taxpayer dollars for the development of their drug Paxlovid, that was a suspiciously similar protease inhibitor like the infamous “horse paste.” In January of this year, the taxpayers were hit once more for $500 million.

In total, since the coronavirus debacle began, US taxpayers would line the pockets of Pfizer executives with nearly $20 billion in revenue. Note that this does not include the billions in taxpayer dollars used to market the vaccine to Americans through less than ethical propaganda news campaigns and advertising.

As tens of millions of Americans were forced into poverty by government closing down their businesses and forcing them to lose their jobs over vaccine mandates, pharmaceutical companies made record profits.

One of the center pieces to the fleecing of the American taxpayer was Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla. Bourla, who recently stated that a third does of his vaccine has worked well for prevention of hospitalizations and death, but a fourth shot is necessary, has been the pied piper of the vaccine tyrants. He’s also made millions doing so.

According to a recent report, Bourla made $24.3 million in compensation for 2021 — a whopping 15% increase over the previous year. His stock holdings in the company are even higher, coming in a $32 million and his entitlement upon leaving the company is a whopping $113 million, which was valued at the end of December 2021, according to CNBC.

The company he heads also saw record profits, raking in over $21 billion in 2021 — double the previous year’s total — as politicians, media blowhards, and government scientists took to their pulpits to declare the jab “100 percent effective.” As the world quickly learned, that was not true, yet the money kept flowing.

Instead of apologizing to the world for the inaccurate efficacy statements, folks like Bourla doubled down and claimed that anyone who questioned this data was “a criminal.”

China Selects Wuhan Institute Of Virology’s Lab Safety Training Course For All Labs.

The Chinese Communist Party selected a training course on laboratory safety created by the Wuhan Institute of Virology – the facility believed to be the source of the COVID-19 pandemic – to be used by other Chinese research facilities engaged in biological research.

The training program was adopted by the country’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security’s “Advanced Training Project Plan,” according to a March 30th post on the Wuhan lab’s website.

AUSTIN, Texas – An Army veteran and a Fort Hood soldier were among three victims found dead with gunshot wounds Saturday at a Texas apartment complex, according to Army officials at the base.

Spc. Freddy Beningo Delacruz Jr., 23, was one of three dead people discovered at about 1:40 a.m. in a unit of the Summerlyn Apartments in Killeen by local police officers who were responding to a call about a water leak, according to the Killeen Police Department. The other victims were a man and a woman, who were identified Tuesday as Army veteran Shaquan Markell Allred, 23, and Asia Cline, 22.

Police said officers were initially dispatched to the area at about 1 a.m. to investigate a call that gunshots were heard, however they were unable to locate the source. About 40 minutes later, police returned to the area for a call about water leaking from one apartment into another at Summerlyn Apartments.

That investigation found the apartment unlocked and officers unable to contact the tenant. Police entered apartment and found the three dead bodies.

Information about the water leak was not released.

Army Criminal Investigation Command is investigating the deaths with Killeen police, according to the news release from Fort Hood.

Allred served as a combat engineer from November 2017 until January, when he left the Army as a private, according to his official service record.

Delacruz of Vidalia, Ga., entered the Army in November 2017 as a cavalry scout and he has been assigned to Fort Hood’s 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division since April 2018, according to the base release.

“Spc. Freddy Delacruz was an outstanding trooper,” Lt. Col. Steven E. Jackowski, commander of the 2nd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, said in a statement. “Each of us in the battalion are grateful for having known him and we collectively grieve his loss. I would like to send my deepest, heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time."

Delacruz's awards and decorations include the Global War on Terrorism Medal, National Defense Service Medal and the Army Service Ribbon.

Earlier this month, another Fort Hood soldier was killed in Killeen, the city located just beyond Fort Hood’s gates. Spc. No arrests have been made regarding Jones’ death, according to Ofelia Miramontez, spokeswoman for the Killeen Police Department.

Pfizer to Ask US Regulators to Authorize COVID Vaccine Booster for 5–11 Age Group

Pfizer and BioNTech plan on asking the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to grant emergency use authorization for a booster for their COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5- to 11-years-old, the companies announced on April 14.

The submission will be based on data from a Phase 2/3 clinical trial that showed a boost in antibodies from a booster dose, according to the companies.

One hundred and forty children in the trial received a booster approximately six months after the second dose. The shot comes in a two-dose primary series.

The children saw a 6-fold increase in antibodies against the Wuhan strain of SARS-CoV-2 one month after the booster, the companies said. A sub analysis of 30 participants demonstrated a 36-fold increase in neutralizing antibody titers. The trial was also said to have shown “no new safety signals.”

The data has not yet been published on a preprint server or in a journal.

“Clinical and real-world data continue to prove that a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose can keep individuals protected against severe disease,” Albert Bourla, Pfizer’s CEO, said in a statement. “We now have new, positive data in children 5 to 11 that show high immune response following a booster.”

The data is compelling the companies to ask the FDA for emergency clearance for a booster.

The FDA authorized a primary series of Pfizer’s shot for the age group in October 2021.

The FDA has said it does not comment on submissions pending before the agency but a spokeswoman told The Epoch Times last month that “our approach has always been to conduct a regulatory review that’s responsive to the urgent public health needs created by the pandemic, while adhering to our rigorous standards for safety and effectiveness.”

Drug companies like Pfizer “do not apply for product distribution approvals from the FDA unless they are reasonably confident the FDA will approve,” Barbara Loe Fisher, co-founder and president of the National Vaccine Information Center, told The Epoch Times in an email.

The submission being made based on data from the small number of children is “a new low for scientific evidence of a vaccine’s safety and efficacy and a clear indication that the pharmaceutical industry views FDA as a rubber-stamping agency,” she added.

If authorized, few children would be eligible immediately. Just 8 million, or about 28 percent of the age group, has been fully vaccinated, according to federal data.

Many of the children who did get the two-dose primary series have not gone six months since the second dose.

A growing number of data points show the COVID-19 vaccines, including Pfizer, provide little to no protection against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, which causes COVID-19.

Hollywood star Eddie Deezen has been arrested for the second time in seven months.

The actor, who was best known for playing Eugene Felsnic in the 1978 movie Grease and its 1982 sequel, is in jail in Maryland after being taken in for fourth-degree burglary on April 9.

The 65-year-old star has also been booked on two counts of trespassing at an old home and one count of disturbing the peace, according to a police report seen by TMZ.

The star was arrested for showing up at a nursing facility, which is privately owned, several times and refusing to leave.

The first time was during the day when he entered the facility, it was claimed, and was asked to leave.

He left, but the staff remembered him, so when he came back later that evening they were on high alert.

It has been alleged that he broke into a woman's room in the evening and harassed her, causing her to call on staff members.

He was asked to leave and refused. The staff called police and had Deezen arrested.

The woman allegedly told the police that the former actor been there many times before and had left notes behind for her.

The Hollywood staple was last arrested in September 2021 at a Maryland restaurant and charged with second-degree assault, disorderly conduct and trespassing for that altercation.

The actor was allegedly causing a scene at the restaurant and refused to leave when the police arrived, and even threw several items including plates at them.

The incident started around lunchtime when police were called for Deezen causing a scene at a restaurant.

When the police arrived, Deezen reportedly went to hide behind a woman in a booth and refused multiple orders for him to leave.

He was forcibly removed from the restaurant, with the report claiming he threw numerous items at police officers including plates, bowls and food, with one of the deputies being struck.

The actor was shirtless when he was removed from the restaurant.

There was also video of the restaurant arrest, posted on Facebook in September 2021 by Cumberland on Patrol, which purported to show a shirtless Deezen being lead away in handcuffs.

As he was sat on a bench, he's heard saying, 'Ow I could have been hurt.'

Belarus Claims Alleged Russian War Crimes Were Staged by Britain

Belarusian dictator Alexander Lukashenko has accused Britain of staging a “psychological operation” in Bucha, Ukraine, where Russia has been accused of committing war crimes after reports and pictures emerged of mass graves of people allegedly killed by Russian forces.

Appearing at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in the far Eastern Amur Oblast region of Russia, Lukashenko claimed to have provided his chief ally, Vladimir Putin, with evidence that the events in Bucha were staged by the British.

“Today we’ve discussed this special operation of theirs in detail – a psychological operation staged by Englishmen,” the Belarusian strongman said according to the state news agency Belta.

“Together with our Russian friends we have gotten to the bottom of this nasty and disgusting position of the West from the first hour to the last one,” he added.

Lukashenko did not offer up any evidence of the claim that Bucha was staged by the UK, but said that Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) could provide “addresses, passwords, places of secret meetings, plate numbers and brands of the vehicles those people used to come to Bucha and how they did it.”

Vladimir Putin, for his part, also claimed that Bucha was staged, claiming that it was a “false flag”, comparing it to chemical weapons attacks in Syria.
