another thing I wanted to mention.

since the Berlin thing and kind of gradually from that point on my chakras have besically gotten into automatic mode.

so before Q or maybe when I had watched a first video on Q but not have been on QR yet (was like few weeks or months late) I had watched the childrens comic video I posted a couple of days/weeks ago.

the one on unblocking chakras by thinking about what blockes them

e.g. lowest chakra at bottom of your spine being blocked by fear. unblocking by imagining your greatest fear and kind of thinking hard about it. then next chakra your greatest guilt, next your greatest thing you are shamed of and so on.

did that when sitting calmly on my couch and w/o specific breating at all.

just thinking.

also I had heard two things way earlier.

one being that chi masters and kung fu guys are in fact imagining a small ball that thex then imagine to go circles inside your belly. line going through belly button, then going left or right while staying at the same hight, then back to your spine, then other side and back upfront.

by that movement they claimed to gather chi energy or something like that.

also heard that a chinese kung fu guy (some old guy that was either himself seen in some kind of documentary or that was talked about) slept every night with a heavy bag in his belly. so him lying on the back and a huge bag of cement or sand on his belly. he claimed that this would enhance his chi energy bc he would have to breath harder (abdominal breathing for that chi matter mostly) and by that gain more chi over night. I remember thinking that this would basically have to be the same for bigger people with bellies. back then just heard it and did not really know wheater true or false, today see it as true.

so in Berlin I did that chakra thing and did it inside of a routine that was basically to piss me off all day but led to a way I learned things w/o freaking out I guess and offered you the distinction of me being actually mostly controlled and m it´s being claimed I was controlled but am obviously not.

I don´t know at what point this was the case but today it´s like this.

I do feel that tiny ball and I can within seconds move it through my whole body, it´s not really like a warm light ball (I guess it was described by those kung fu guy like that) as it´s not warm or anything. it´s basically like a second center of attention of you think that your center of attention if your head (bc you experience most things with eyes and ears and so something is always relative to this part of your head.)

so this ball I can make go in circles, I can make it kind of leave my body, I can just drive it up and down my body, from one leg to another (arm is harder for some reason) can make it move to my head, can make my 3rd eye (pineal gland) move around. and when doing that it is not just the feeling of the 2nd center of attention, hard to discribe, but something like that, but when doing it in the head it actually has kind of resistance, as it´s actually something moving around.

maybe I experience it that way bc having thought and still considering it likely (in one of many explanations I kind of try to fit together every day, while hoping you would all give me the chance to just "see" you good) that our 3rd eyes are put to sleep by not using them (in whatever way) and by stuff in food and water (fluorid).

so what also happens is that my body is doing that on it´s own. several times a day. often this is a little different as when I first did it on my own as it includes a great deal of muscle tension, e.g. in my legs. and leads to me being more warm or cold. (so kind of the rountine from berlin)

if I want to add the ball circle thing I just have to, for a very short time, sort of push the ball into movement and then it moves on his own. but can also move it the way I like still. but it does that w/o me doing it.

also does up and down often and then I can give it a tiny "push" to make it go in circles or mayby from circles to back up and down again.

so I don´t really know why this happens. but as I said it has become more gradually.

nowadays it pisses me of, bc it also affects my heart beat.

imagine yourself just lying calmly on the bed trying to get a sleep and your heart is working overtime as If you were running. hard to fall asleep like that. not very comfy.

when then also your legs start to sort of shake w/o actually shaking, more like buzzing, it gets really annoying. annoying bc of this thing itself and bc it just starts and stops w/o me being able to control it.

what I can control however is this center of attention thing and most times I say "fuck you" by e.g. having this ball pushed into my belly when my body is sort of pushing it to my heart or the other way around. basically just doing it another way. cannot however make the buzzing legs and both quickly and heavily beating heart stop.

so I from time to time consider the possibility that his is man made, either to piss me off or to help me.

and of course I know that many signs and things happening are sure as fuck not man made.

but obviously I can see the possiblilty at both the universe doing stuff and e.g. agencies doing stuff at the same time.

also could be that the unverse is somehow doing it to piss me off. or maybe to constantly unblock chakras.

but could also be agencies (mil or mason knights) that do this.

could be they want to piss me off (but really, why would they want to do that).

and could be them having gotten the impression that this was the way to go after I myself startet that stuff in Berlin when having no other hints than some noises being made.

so obviously I did it myself.

and maybe they think they would need to help me and now sort of adjusted some kind of machinery to my body frequencies and try t help me do something they don´t unterstand. if that is the case, stop it. you really don´t need to give that kind of help to someone who is holy and perfect and does the right thing all the time anyway.

right now e.g. my legs are doing stuff while I am sitting here typing. don´t enjoy it.
