I have sent this information to so many people in the past, but never have received a response. It is what it is and I don’t stop trying.
I discovered vote fraud in 2012 as I was searching for voting records on the California elections. I found all kinds of files on a server that was not publicly available ( http://woldlab.caltech.edu/~mccue/ ). Most of the files have been removed from this server now. After studying the data for a year I finally discovered what was going on and how the fraud was being perpetrated. The fraud is not done by stealing or throwing out mail-in voter ballots, that is a misdirection to throw people off from the real fraud associated with mail-in ballots.
What is being done:
1. Determine voting records by comparing census data, voting reports and registrations to determine how individuals are voting(using an algorithm).
2. Gerrymandering the blocks using PL94-171 to consolidate conservative voters into certain voting blocks, leaving the majority of the blocks conservative “lean”(Using an algorithm).
3. Tracking the voting record of all voters to determine registered party voters, swing voters, who votes and how often, to create a list of people they can submit mail in ballots for(using an algorithm).
4. Using SCYTL software to direct the report of votes on election day(block mapping into precincts) so that only the Democrat and Conservative ”lean” vote is reported on that day. The remaining blocks of consolidated conservative votes are held back until the mail--in ballots are added in.
5. Mail in ballots are submitted for the non or rare voters(many states investigated duplicate voting where the non or rare voters actually turned out to vote when a mail in ballot was also submitted for them). Of course, this is in addition to the dead people who voted. (Kind of hard to remove the dead voters from the registered non-voter lists created by a computer algorithm).
6. With the election day vote sculpting done by the gerrymandering and block mapping to precincts, all the delayed votes are reported with the additional fraudulent mail-in ballots so that final vote is trending the same way it was sculpted to be reported on election day.
Kenneth McCue authored the AI to predict the way people would vote. I have files that show they were able to predict the California 2012 presidential results within 1%, two months before the actual vote(these files were actually used by the SCYTL to sculpt the reported vote on election day, and then report the full vote after the fraudulent mail-in ballots were added). This was done at the Block -> Precinct -> District level. They are tracking individual propensities, who they are, and where they move when they move. They track people by party voters and swing voters. They know who will always vote on party lines and those that will swing one way or the other. In order to continue this fraud, they need to get more people registered that will not actually vote in addition to more that will vote their way. This data has been tracked since 1980 and I have all the files up until 2012.

Heaven help us now that we are all voting by mail-in ballot. I have attached a file that gives my analysis for 2012 Riverside county. File ext. must be changed from pdf to xlsm.
