Years ago I read a book called, 'The Dulce Book' - by Branton. In that book there was a hell of lot of information. There was a group that was called COM-12. Based around Naval intelligence. There was also a group that was CIA based, called 'AQUARIUS'. COM-12 and AQUARIUS were against each other. It's MORE complicated.
