Toxoplasma gondii is a parasite , that can be found in various places
It's everywhere…. almost like they are spraying it over our heads :-)
Presence of T. gondiihas been confirmed in water, soil, and air in different parts of the world, for example in Poland12–14, Germany, France, Scotland, Brazil, Ecuador, Iran and Turkey Oocysts may also persist on the surface of fruit and vegetables; experiments have demonstrated that they may stay viable on raspberries stored at 4 °C for eight weeks25. Subsequent environmental studies confirmed presence of T. gondii in fresh fruit and vegetables samples indicating them as potential source of infection in humans
Also it can be found in undercooked meat
1 in 3 people has dormant parasite cystes in their body, where they don't cause problems untill the cyste is reactivated.
How the reactivation is triggered I don't know, but I wouldn't been supprised if there is a link to vaccines (flu vaccines)
Symptoms of infection can be variable
Some will have no symptoms or mild ones
People who develop symptoms may experience:
a fever
swollen lymph nodes, especially in the neck
a headache
muscle aches and pains
sore throat
These symptoms can last for a month or more and usually resolve on their own.
Toxoplasmosis is especially serious for people who have weakened immune systems. For these people, they’re at risk of developing:
brain inflammation, causing headaches, seizures, confusion and coma.
a lung infection, causing cough, fever, and shortness of breath
an eye infection, causing blurry vision and eye pain

One in three people has a potentially nasty parasite hiding in the body — tucked away in tiny cysts that the immune system can’t eliminate and antibiotics can’t touch.
For most people affected by it, Toxoplasma gondii causes only mild flu-like symptoms, often from food poisoning. After that initial infection, the parasite usually goes into cyst phase and remains in the person’s body for the rest of his or her life.
But in people with weak immune systems or pregnant women, the infection can cause problems immediately or after cysts awaken, damaging the brain, eyes or a fetus they carry. Even healthy people can experience repeated retina damage if the parasite dwells in their eyes. Some evidence even links it to mental illness.
The largest unmet need in toxoplasmosis is dealing with the chronic infection stage, which is the source of potentially severe disease through reactivation of the parasite from cysts,”
CPL is a protease, or protein-digesting molecule. It may help Toxoplasma cysts survive by digesting the parasite’s own innards or by digesting materials that can enter the cyst from outside. When CPL was disabled, the vacuolar compartment that serves as the parasite’s “stomach” experienced a buildup of materials that disabled the entire cyst.
plant inhibitors to naturally lower the CPL levels can be found in several foods (Pleae eat organic ones)
