I will give you perhaps the best advice you will get on the matter based on personal experience.
You will NOT receive your account back. It is gone and the purge will only continue to get worse. Chances are Twitter will respond to you in a week or two reiterating the reason why you were banned and leave it at that.
It is still possible to make a new account but you must follow these steps to avoid being banned for evasion.
1.) On your original account you should still able to see your feed at the time you were banned. You could also shuffle up the tweets based on most recent in order to collect as many of your former mutuals as you possibly can. I also recommend searching your handle to find other people you may have forgotten about in conversations.
2.) One of the most important steps. On your banned account go into "Settings and Privacy" TURN OFF "Data and Personalization" This is the data Twitter will use to ban you for evasion. I personally recommend deleting the banned account after you've gotten everything you can from it.
3.) Delete all of the cache, cookies and history from every browser, phone and device you've logged in to.
4.) VERY IMPORTANT: Unplug the router/modem of your ISP. Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes. This will reset your IP address stopping Twitter from banning you immediately after you make a new profile.
5.) When you create a new account USE A DIFFERENT EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER. You have to use both. I recommend buying a number verification from "Felix Merchant" online who offers those services. (It's only a few dollars.) IMMEDIATELY DO A TEXT CONFIRMATION.
Once you have done all of this you need to realize that Twitter has doubled down on censorship. Anything even slightly against their agenda will get you banned. Learn to speak in code, and don't do anything too ambitious unless you want to repeat this process over again. Good Luck to you and God Bless.
