I'm thinking no, because there was a video of him getting shot in the head, and his wife had to reach back to grab a chunk of his skill. As a kid I was in a skit about this event and I played Kennedy. It was an awful event, so we tried to make it a bit humorous.
However, fakes have been known to happen. If JFK were still alive, why did they kill Lee Harvey Oswald, the "shooter"?
