theories hit me at times.. and one hit me (rarely wrong so far)..
Trump has played up the mail in voter fraud, especially as the USPO is not equipped to handle (which he could change if he wanted to).
He has accentuated for over a month now how the military is standing by and ready to deliver a vaccine nation wide simultaneously as soon as available.
Do the math on dates. Vaccine possible end of next month September. Military deploys around the country with it in October.
Guess who’s in place all across the country to suddenly shift to monitoring elections. Probably in taking over USPS (it’s federal) and controlling that end.

Excellent hypothesis, logically flows for sure, and I lean into what you stated, especially because its near impossible to create a vacine for Covid-19 [sars family] lets hope its that and not some other much more violent scenario's that I can think of. Historical times we are living in, Gonna be biblical!
