You can't get it in those states. So move to another state. Or go to a doctor or pharmacy in another state. AFAIK, Nevada, New York, have outright banned it. Nevada governor used taxpayer funds to buy ALL of HCQ they could get their hands on so no one could get it. Michigan has banned prescribing it for COVID-19 but not prescribing it for other things, like malaria. So Michigan pharmacists could lose their license if they fill a prescription for HCQ for COVID-19. And almost no one will risk that.
That's why sheeple are dangerous. "People who stand for nothing, will fall for anything."

I forgot to mention, Northwestpharmacy.com does not take credit cards. they take a check only. They can also do direct withdrawal if you fax them a voided check as the check contains all the info the need to do a direct withdrawal.

You can get Hydroxycholoroquine in Mexico if you are near the border. $30-60 for 20 pills. Sometimes prescription required which is easy with a Mexican doctor. Don't forget to also get Azithromycin down there. Take both with 100mg of zinc
