The pictures of the children with slaughtered goats was not a ritual sacrifice but rather an attempt at a "Hands On" experience.

The "Robes" being worn by the men were actually sheets the men wore during the slaughter to protect their clothing.

While not going into as much detail as is set forth in the letter, *BLANK* did allude to U.S. Customs service not following through on investigation. He did mention allegations of computer chips being planted in children's heads, an organization in Stuart, Florida involved in Satan worship and posssibly chilc abuse, and the fact that individuals involved in shuch activities were at the heighest leves of government. When pushed for any substantive evidence concerning these allegations, *BLANK* could not provide any and alluded to the fact that no one could be trusted in this matter including SA*BLANK*

On 10/18/93 Sergeant *BLAAAAAAAAAANK* he stated, has maintained that there is a nationwide conspiracy amond individuals involved in Satanic worship and sexual child abuse, with members being located in the Stuart, Florida area. To date, Sergeant *BLANK* advised he has located no hard evidence of any organized sexual abuse in the area, but noted there is a similarity in sexual abuse cases that occured in different parts of the country. Sergeant *BLANK* did not volunteer, but when asked admitted he was looking into a group called the "FINDERS"; however, he did not have any confired criminal activity at this time.

*The MPD file contains three references to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) located in reports dated 9/15/86, 2/19/1987 and 4/13/87. There was no documentation in the file of any direction or interference of the MPD's Finders investigation by the CIA.

An MPD report prepared by Detective *BLANK* and dated 9/15/86, documents a meeting with an MPD source who *BLAAAAAAANK* This report indicates that *BLAAAAAANK* was introduced to the Finders organization in 1980 at a party ion Washington, D.C. by *BLANK*

*An MPD report prepared by Sergeant J.H. Stitcher (DECEASED), dated 2/19/87, and captioned "Finders involvement with the Central Intelligence Agency," indicated that on 2/18/87, Detective *BLANK* spoke with S/A (believed to be an abbreviation for Special Agent). *BLANK* Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) concerning any contact that members of the Finders may have had with the CIA.

The USCS SA accompanied the MPD on the execution of search warrants at 3918/20 W. Street, Washington, D.C. at which time he was able to observe and access the entire building. No During the execution of the search warrants by the MPD, the USCS SA reports having observed large quantities of children's clothing and toys, several computers, and numerous documents. "...Cursory examination of the documents revealed detailed instructions for obtaining children for unspecified purposes. The instructions included the impregnation of female members of the community known as Finders, purchasing children, trading, and kidnapping..."

The memo notes that on 2/6/87, the USCS SA had met an MPD Detective at the warehouse on 4th Street, NE. He was granted unlimited access to the premises and he was able to observe numerous documents which described explicit sexual conduct betweeen the members of the community known as Finders. The memo reports that USCS SA saw a large collection of photographs of unidentified persons, some of which were nude, and believed to be members of the Finders. *BLAAAAANK* "...Further examination fo the premises disclosed numerous files relating to activities of the organization in different parts of the world..." The memo concluded by nothing that it would take three to five days for all the information to be sorted, reviewed and logged by the MPD, and that the USCS SA would maintain contact with the MPD Detective.
