>The Dominion Voting Systems

The lands of the Nation are located within the Sonoran Desert in south central Arizona. The largest community, Sells, functions as the Nation’s capital.

Of the four lands bases, the largest contains more than 2.7 million acres. Boundaries begin south of Casa Grandeand encompass parts of Pinal, Pima and Maricopa Counties before continuing south into Mexico.

San Xavier is the second largest land base, and contains 71,095 acres just south of the City of Tucson. Smaller parcels include San Lucy District located near the city of Gila Bend and Florence Village, which is located near the city of Florence.

The landscape is consistently compelling: a wide desert valley, interspersed with plains and marked by mountains that rise abruptly to nearly 8,000 feet

SELLS, Ariz. — There's a new push to bring reliable high-speed internet to a part of Arizona that's never had it before.

Using federal CARES Act funding, the Tohono O'odham Nation built its own private cellular network.

“The goal is really to blanket the entire reservation with coverage," Baicells Vice President of Global Marketing Tony Eigen said.

The network consists of about 50 base stations that can send 4G LTE service to about 3,000 homes, according to Baicells, the equipment distributor.

"They can do video streaming, video calls, access to lots of content," Eigen said. "They view it as a critical asset to help serve their community."

As a remote location with a lack of service from existing carriers, the Tohono O'odham Utility Authority Operations Manager Kristan Johnson said a private network is most manageable within its infrastructure.

"We already do this for other key utilities like electricity and water and in today’s age, internet access is just another utility," Johnson said in a press release.

Eigen said a private network will also allow the nation to have authority over the service.

Connecting homes is just the start of this plan.

“They’re very much looking at how else the network can serve the community," Eigen said.

Experts said high-speed internet will improve emergency services, telehealth, remote learning and business opportunities.

The equipment has the ability to evolve with the nation as demand grows, including upgrading to 5G service.

Long before the COVID-19 pandemic, students across the U.S. flocked to McDonalds and Starbucks, not for the food and drink, but to utilize publicly-available Wi-Fi to complete their online schoolwork. A lack of internet connectivity for students is a growing concern that was highlighted by the pandemic; bringing attention to the severe lack of internet access that many school-aged children faced daily. Therein lies the ‘homework gap’: the divide between students who have home broadband access and those without.

According to 2020 research from the National Education Association, 25% of all K-12 students live in households without broadband access or a web-enabled device (such as a computer or tablet). The acceleration of digital adoption we have seen in the past two years has exacerbated the issue that the digital divide presents, and it has become more critical than ever before to close this connectivity gap. So, how do we address this?

Move over Wi-Fi, private networks are the new (school) kid on the block

Many school districts are tired of waiting for the carriers to provide reliable cellular for fixed wireless connectivity and are taking matters into their own hands. Getting fiber broadband to every school and home in a school district can be very expensive and time-consuming. Coverage from Wi-Fi is often patchy and does not provide widespread coverage in a way that is easy to manage.

Taking matters into their own hands; school districts are now opting to build private LTE networks using CBRS to extend connectivity for students. CBRS provides sought-after mid-band spectrum (recognized widely as the sweet spot between coverage reach and internet speed) for a variety of users, including private organizations like schools.

Private LTE networks are being built by school districts across the country as an attractive alternative to legacy solutions like Wi-Fi, or even connectivity services from traditional carriers. These private cellular networks can outperform Wi-Fi for in-building and outdoor coverage; providing both broader and faster connectivity. These private wireless networks are designed to be as easy to install, due to the “plug-and-play” CPE equipment and management software. And thanks to low-cost hardware and the availability of CBRS spectrum, these solutions are now an economical and viable solution for schools across the US.

Putting it into practice

Baicells technology can deliver high-performance cellular connectivity, using CBRS spectrum, to both rural and urban underserved areas, enabling successful e-learning and teaching for school districts in need. Baicells can work directly with school districts, or via a partner, to help them install and run their networks, and the company is already involved in a number of these partnerships.

Baicells installed the first CBRS network in a US school district in January 2021, at Murray School District in Utah. Using Baicells hardware, the district built a fixed-wireless LTE network (one of the first of its kind) to provide high-speed internet access to all 6000 students. The private network connects students directly to the school’s wireless network, providing students with the connectivity they need to complete their studies.

Similarly, the Natomas Unified School District in Northern California has worked with Baicellsthis year to build a private LTE network on CBRS spectrum. Eligible households and families across all fifteen of the district’s school locations will be able to access the network both at school and at home, free of charge. Currently, three sites are live and nine more are being rolled out to cover the broader community for the start of the next school year.

How does this work? It is quite simple: when signing up to join the network, an eligible family will be issued a small router and CPE device. The router contains a Baicells SIM card which automatically identifies and securely authenticates the CPE device as an approved network element. By simply plugging in these devices and entering the password, a household can register a computer on the network to access the free internet service. This model with Natomas offers a blueprint to other school districts that require reliable, secure and high-performance connectivity, wrapped up in one simple and affordable package.

An April 2021 survey by the Pew Research Center revealed that 14% of parents said their child had to use public Wi-Fi to finish schoolwork because there was no reliable connection at home. As more schools begin to realise the huge potential of building private LTE networks utilizing CBRS spectrum, we expect to see the homework gap narrow in years to come.

Smoke and Mirrors: New Evidence Suggests That NO Audit was Performed by Election Machine Testing Company as Claimed by Georgia Secretary of State

By Brian Lupo Dec. 20, 2023 9:15 am0 Comments

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2023/12/smoke-mirrors-new-evidence-suggests-that-no-audit/

(part 1)

This article was based on research done by the Election Oversight Group and a private Georgia citizen. If you would like to support the Elections Oversight Group, you can do so here. There is little-to-no funding for backend election investigations but hundreds of millions of dollars “donated” to register every person with a pulse.

The “Claim”

On November 17, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger made an announcement that an audit “using forensic techniques” was completed with “no sign of foul play” in the 2020 election. The statement previously appeared on the Secretary of State’s webpage and is still available via the Wayback Machine here.

From the statement:

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger last week ordered Pro V&V, a U.S. Election Assistance Commission certified testing laboratory, to do an audit of a random sample of machines to confirm no hack or tamper: “Pro V&V found no evidence of the machines being tampered.”

Pro V&V conducted an audit of a random sample of Dominion Voting Systems voting machines throughout the state using forensic techniques, including equipment from Cobb, Douglas, Floyd, Morgan, Paulding, and Spalding Counties. ICP, ICX, and ICC components were all subject to the audit. In conducting the audit, Pro V&V extracted the software or firmware from the components to check that the only software or firmware on the components was certified for use by the Secretary of State’s office. The testing was conducted on a Pro V&V laptop independent of the system.

The problem is that besides a watered-down audit “report”, there is little to no evidence that this audit actually took place. The following was from the public comment of yesterday’s State Election Board meeting in Georgia:

The “Memo”

In July 2021, an Open Records Request was sent to the state of Georgia requesting “an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that detail the results, contract, scope, and report of the audit that the Secretary of State contracted or directed Pro V&V to perform on the Dominion Voting equipment and machines after the 2020 general election.”

Three documents were returned:

1. “Memo for field audit.pdf”

2. “Re Memo Audit for Review_redacted.pdf”

3. “Field Audit Report Final 1.1.pdf”

The last document, the “Field Audit Report Final 1.1.pdf” from Pro V&V was strange. For starters, the “Date” in the heading of the memo was “7/16/2021”. This was eight full months after the audit was allegedly performed in November 2020.

The Gateway Pundit wrote about this bizarre occurrence in July 2021. I personally inspected the metadata from the pdf and had several experts confirm my findings. The metadata from the memo shows it was created on July 16, 2021. And the metadata shows that it was created by Jack Cobb, the President of Pro V&V.

This isn’t the first time that Pro V&V has been associated with questionable documents. In September 2022, The Gateway Pundit reported on their Letter of Agreement to the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC) regarding their certification to test voting systems. At the time of the 2020 Election, the EAC website showed that Pro V&V’s accreditation expired in February 2017. The EAC would later use COVID-19 as an excuse for not updating their website, even though COVID-19 didn’t exist in 2017 and the 2018 mid-term election had been run in the elapsed time. In their “Letter of Agreement” to the EAC, they used a completely different header from other documents that was actually two images, one being their logo, pieced together. They also misspelled their own address. They also listed the old address for the EAC, which had moved years prior to the Letter of Agreement in question. You can read that article here.

The “Records”

Kevin Moncla of the Election Oversight Group, and another individual began to send Open Records Requests from the counties that were allegedly “audited”. While Raffensperger’s statement says there were six counties “audited”, the Pro V&V memo only listed four: Floyd County (Rome, GA), Douglas County (Douglasville, GA), Paulding County (Dallas, GA), and Cobb County (Marietta, GA). The record requests asked for communications between the Secretary of State, the State Board of Elections, and Pro V&V, among other things. The results were surprising.

Not one county had records affirming, or even suggesting, that Pro V&V did an audit of their equipment.

The Colorado Supreme Court 4-3 Decision Is Pure Nonsense and Can Be Laughed At, They Even Admit It on Page 9

December 19, 2023 | Sundance1/2

Three main points before getting to the substance. [213 page opinion HERE]

#1) It was a 4-3 decision. Meaning it was the politics of the court, literally the political makeup and perspective therein, that determined the outcome of the decision. This is showcased in point #3, which is the funniest part.

#2) The entire framework of the case against Trump in the Colorado decision is predicated on this: “[the complainants] asserted that he was ineligible under Section Threebecause he engaged in insurrection on January 6, 2021, after swearing an oath as President to support the U.S. Constitution.” [pdf, page 6] REMINDER – President Donald Trump was not charged with “insurrection,” is not accused of “insurrection,” does not fit the complaint under the definitions of “insurrection,” and has never been found guilty of insurrection. The complaint is moot before the court. But hey, it’s Lawfare… and we all know Lawfare is created for public media consumption, so that takes us directly to the biggest point.

#3) Instead of me writing it, let me screengrab it so we can all laugh together [pdf page 9].

Wait, what?

Yes, that’s correct. As long as President Trump appeals the decision to the Supreme Court, the appeals court stays their own ruling – essentially indefinitely. The Colorado primary ballots printed, andthe primary election will be over, before the Supreme Court puts this on their docket.

In addition to the virtual guarantee the high court will overrule this political nonsense, SCOTUS can make the entire issue moot before them by following their own normal schedule for submissions, arguments, deliberation and opinions delivered by the court.

The Colorado appellate court knows this, that’s why they put this self-stay into their 4-3 ruling. It’s a politically correct way of giving the optics of telling their tribe, ‘hey we’re with you,’ without the ramifications of the political backlash. In other words, psychological lawfare stuff – intended for media consumption.

Making the issue that much better for Donald Trump, theefforts of the Prescott-Bush clan (look it up – they live in CO) will backfire bigly. The public backlash against a judicial ruling that interferes with the right of the citizens to determine their own election candidates plays perfectly into the sunlight operation against the Lawfare left.

This backlash will be epic, albeit hidden by MSNBC and the rest of the insufferable media. Why? Because it doesn’t fit the Lawfare narrative.

I’m not even going to highlight the nonsense from the leftists who are in a frenzy over this one. Just smile, pretend it’s the end of the world, eat your favorite foods and live your best life while trying not to laugh.Seriously, this is just that level of goofy.

Remember what I said about Ron DeSantis in 2022, and everyone looked at me funny. Well, this is way more predictable than me saying DeSantis will collapse in sunlight.

That said, Vivek Ramaswamy is not silly, and he sees a great opportunity.

VIA TWITTER – This is what an *actual* attack on democracy looks like: in an un-American, unconstitutional, and *unprecedented* decision, a cabal of Democrat judges are barring Trump from the ballot in Colorado. Having tried every trick in the book to eliminate President Trump from running in this election, the bipartisan Establishment is now deploying a new tactic to bar him from ever holding office again: the 14th Amendment.

I pledge to *withdraw* from the Colorado GOP primary unless Trump is also allowed to be on the state’s ballot, and I demand that Ron DeSantis, Chris Christie, and Nikki Haley to do the same immediately – or else they are tacitly endorsing this illegal maneuver which will have disastrous consequences for our country….

https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2023/12/19/the-colorado-supreme-court-4-3-decision-is-pure-nonsense-and-can-be-laughed-at-they-even-admit-it-on-page-9/

Blue Origin launches New Shepard rocket, aces landing in 1st return to flight since 2022 failure

Dec 19, 2023

Blue Origin is back in action after a 15-month hold on launches.

Blue Origin successfully launched its first mission in more than 15 months on Tuesday (Dec. 19) after a series of delays, with an uncrewed manifest of NASA scientific payloads making it to space.

Blue Origin's New Shepard suborbital vehicle lifted off from the company's West Texas site on Tuesday around 11:44 a.m. EST (1644 GMT) after brief holds on launch day. (Blue Origin also tried to launch the mission on Monday (Dec. 18), but scrubbed the attempt due to a "ground system issue" at its Launch Site One pad.)

The first stage of the rocket touched down nearby its launching site, as planned, and the spacecraft descended to Earth under parachutes in a livestream from Blue Origin. New Shepard is designed for both tourists and payloads, but the next flight with humans has not yet been announced.

Like the September 2022 flight, today's mission — known as NS-24, because it will be the 24th overall liftoff for New Shepard — was uncrewed. It carried 33 research payloads, more than half of them "developed and flown with support from NASA," Blue Origin wrote in a mission description.

"Others come from K-12 schools, universities, and STEAM-focused organizations," they added. (STEAM stands for "science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.")

Today's flight will also tote 38,000 postcards for Club for the Future, a nonprofit founded by Blue Origin that aims to get young people interested in space science and exploration.

While Blue Origin has not yet released its first launch date with humans on board, it is getting ready to fly a wider variety of customers. Launch commentators pointed out an elevator added to the launch tower, in a collaboration with accessibility company AstroAccess. (The company's founder, Dylan Taylor, was a Blue Origin customer himself on NS-19 on Dec. 11, 2021.)

"We have added an elevator; accessibility is really important here at Blue," launch commentator Erica Wagner said on the livestream.

Blue Origin's main competitor for space tourism, Virgin Galactic, has flown several missions in recent months. But Virgin is expected to pause its own monthly flight pace soon to upgrade its fleet. Once the upgrade is finished, Virgin may fly as frequently as once per month.

State buildings allowed to display Christian crosses – German court

Federal judges have sided with the Bavarian government in its litigation against an atheist group

The authorities in Bavaria have the right to demand that Christian crosses be placed in all government buildings, the German Federal Administrative Court – one of the nation’s five federal supreme courts – ruled on Tuesday. The decision followed a row between regional officials and an association of atheists.

Led by Markus Soeder – the head of the region’s most powerful political force, the Conservative Christian Social Union (CSU) – the Bavarian government introduced the rule in 2018. At that time, the authorities ordered Christian crosses to be placed over the entrances of all government buildings to reflect the state’s “cultural identity as well as Christian [and] Western influence.”

The southern German state had previously enacted similar rules for public schools and courtrooms, making cross displays compulsory. Soeder also took a particularly tough stance on migration and sought to streamline asylum procedures in the state.

The 2018 decision was met with criticism by atheist associations and religious leaders alike. The Catholic Church accused Soeder of misusing Christian symbols to score cheap political points. An atheist association known as the ‘Union for Mental Freedom’ claimed that the decision violated its right to freedom of thought, and took the matter to court in 2021.

The union had its first legal complaint dismissed by a lower court, prompting it to turn to the Federal Administrative Court. “What does a cross have to do with an official activity, with the issuing of a driving license? Nothing!”a lawyer for the organization argued during the trial.

Federal judges, however, considered the Bavarian authorities’ decision to be a “mere administrative provision with no legal external effect,” which did not “violate any rights of the plaintiffs.” The court acknowledged that the cross isperceived as the central symbol of the Christian faith, but said its display does not infringe upon any guarantees of freedom.

Soeder welcomed the decision by saying the cross is “a sign of our Christian and cultural nature,” adding that it “belongs to Bavaria.”The leader of the CSU faction in the regional parliament, Klaus Holetschek, also praised the developmentby saying “’yes’ to our values and ‘yes’ to the Christian-Western nature of our country.”TheUnion for Mental Freedomhas vowed to challenge the ruling at the German Constitutional Court. (They sure are afraid of the Cross! Demanding mental freedom is not guaranteed in any constitution and its impossible to implement.)

Raytheon, an RTX company, has secured a three-year, $31.3 million contract from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division to design, build and test two directed energy weapon prototype systems for the U.S. Navy and Air Force.

The company said Tuesday it will deliver high-power microwave antenna systems that will use directed energy to enable the detection of airborne threats as part of the Directed Energy Front-line Electromagnetic Neutralization and Defeat program.

“The new iterations of Raytheon’s high-power microwave systems are cost-effective and reliable solutions that operate at the speed of light – enabling our warfighters to defend against faster and more maneuverable threats,” said Colin Whelan, president of advanced technology at Raytheon.

NSWCDD expects the prototypes to be delivered in fiscal years 2024 and 2026.

Raytheon will partner with the Air Force Research Laboratory, NSWCDD and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering to build and test the prototype systems at its Tucson, Arizona, facility.

Foreign DNA Contamination in COVID-19 Vaccines Exceeds WHO Limits

“Brigitte Konig, an external professor at the medical faculty of the University of Magdeburg, Germany, conducted an investigation into COVID-19 vaccines and found the doses had DNA contamination that were 83 to 354 times above the limit prescribed by the World Health Organization (WHO).

‘From my point of view, the alarming result is that all five batches had significant foreign DNA in them, which are well above the limit,’ she said in a program broadcast by German TV station MDR on Dec. 12.

The WHO has mandated that DNA contamination in vaccines should not exceed 10 nanograms per dose. Beyond this limit, there is a risk that the foreign DNA will penetrate human cells.

The responsibility for surveillance and ensuring the safety of vaccines in Germany falls on the Paul Ehrlich Institute.

When contacted by MDR and asked whether it had tested the vaccines for DNA contamination, the institute replied that parameters like residual DNA in the vaccines are only tested by the manufacturer. The institute does not conduct such tests.

Ms. Konig expressed shock at this revelation. ‘I would have expected, or assumed, that the authorities would at least randomly check the end product for contamination and purity. Depending on the product, or if something else is inside. As I said, the authorities can do that. Especially the Paul Ehrlich Institute has the equipment for it.’”

Houthis Threaten to Attack US Warships if Washington Targets Yemen

Reuters December 20, 2023

DUBAI, Dec 20 (Reuters) – The leader of Yemen’s Houthis warned on Wednesday they would strike U.S. warships if the Iranian-backed militia was targeted by Washington, which this week set up a multinational force to counter Houthi attacks on commercial vessels in the Red Sea.

The Houthis, which control vast amounts of territory in Yemen after years of war, have since last month fired drones and missiles at international vessels sailing through the Red Sea, attacks it says respond to Israel’s assault on the Gaza Strip.

The U.S.-led security initiative will see Washington and ten other, mostly NATO countries patrol the Red Sea to deter and respond to future Houthi attacks that have so far led to major global shipping lines rerouting around Africa instead.

“We will not stand idly by if the Americans are tempted to escalate further and commit foolishness by targeting our country or waging war against it,” Abdel-Malek al-Houthi said.

“Any American targeting of our country will be targeted by us, and we will make American battleships, interests, and navigation a target for our missiles, drones, and military operations,” he said in a televised speech.

The crisis in the Red Sea has grown out of the war between Israel and Gaza’s ruling Palestinian Islamist group Hamas, the latest conflict in the Middle East to pit the U.S. and its allies against regional power Iran and its Arab militia proxies.

The war began on Oct. 7 when Hamas fighters stormed across the Gaza border into southern Israel, where Israeli authorities say the militants killed about 1,200 mostly civilian Israelis and foreigners.

Israel’s retaliatory bombardment and invasion of Gaza, which Israeli officials state is aimed at wiping out Hamas, has killed nearly 20,000 Palestinians, according to health officials in the densely populated, coastal enclave.

Iranian proxies including the Houthis and Lebanese Hezbollah have fired rockets at Israel since the conflict began. The Houthis, meanwhile, have stepped up their Red Sea attacks, threatening to target all ships heading to Israel and warning shipping companies against dealing with Israeli ports.

The attacks have disrupted a key trade route that links Europe and North America with Asia via the Suez Canal and caused container shipping costs to rise sharply as companies seek to ship their goods via alternative, often longer, routes.

Dubbed “Operation Prosperity Guardian,” Britain, Bahrain, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Seychelles and Spain, along with the U.S., will conduct joint patrols in the southern Red Sea and the adjacent Gulf of Aden.

“As long as the Americans want to enter into a direct war with us, they should know that we are not those who fear them, and that they are facing an entire people,” al-Houthi said.

He warned the Americans against sending soldiers to Yemen, saying they would “face something harsher than what they faced in Afghanistan and what they suffered in Vietnam.”
