What Is KYC?

What Is KYC Crypto?

Iran's Presidential Meltdown

Thirty-five years ago this month, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, issued a fatwa, ordering the massacre of more than 30,000 political prisoners in prisons all across Iran. It was a crime against humanity and one of the worst acts of malicious butchery since the end of WWII. The majority of those executed, in August 1988, were members or supporters of the main democratic opposition movement, the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK). They were mostly young, well-educated, Iranian men and women. Some had been imprisoned for supporting the MEK and had been released after serving their sentences. They were re-arrested in their thousands and subjected to arbitrary 3-minute trials in which they were asked a single question: “Do you still support the MEK?” If they answered “Yes” they were immediately sent for execution. Batches of six at a time, including even pregnant women, were hanged in prison gymnasiums. Their bodies were then buried secretly, and their families ordered to remain silent under threat of prosecution.

One of the main presiding judges during this carnage was Ebrahim Raisi, now the President of Iran. Raisi, dubbed ‘The Butcher of Tehran’ for his notorious role as an executioner, was ‘appointed’ president by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a sham election in August 2021. Khamenei hoped that Raisi’s reputation as a hard-line thug and murderer, would frighten the restive Iranian population into passive submission and unify the government. Two years of maladministration, corruption, repression, and mass executions have marked Raisi’s term in office as disastrous, even within the context of a litany of despotism and tyranny since the 1979 revolution that brought the mullahs to power. Nationwide uprisings have erupted repeatedly and have been met with brutal force. The insurrection that began last September, bringing tens of millions onto the streets, has seen 750 protesters killed and over 35,000 arrested. Raisi has ordered a frenzy of executions in an attempt to terrorize the population.

Now there are visible signs of dissent, even with the ranks of the theocratic regime. Many regime loyalists and even members of the Majlis (parliament) have denounced Raisi’s botched presidency and demanded his resignation. On May 3, the state-run Jahan-e Sanat newspaper wrote: “The current government is the weakest since the [1979] revolution. With such a degrading record, no room is left any more to defend or support it, and we see no one defending this government.”Earlier, members of the Majlis, who,on the instructions of Khamenei, had written a letter in support of Raisi’s candidacy for the presidency, announced that they regretted having done so. According to a report in the Khabar Online website on April 28, 2023: “Several of those supporting representatives collected a petition, stating that they apologize to the Majlis and the nation for supporting Raisi to be elected as president.” ...

Beijing’s military scientists have claimed success in enabling high-energy lasers to operate “indefinitely” without overheating

Chinese military scientists have reported a research breakthrough that could make it possible for Beijing to develop high-energy laser weapons that can shoot for as long as their operators desire, without interruption and without any degradation in performance.

Scientists at the National University of Defense Technology in Changsha, China, published the results of their research earlier this month in Acta Optica Sinica, a peer-reviewed Chinese journal. They claim to have developed a new cooling system that makes it possible to operate high-energy lasers “indefinitely,” without any effects from overheating.

“This is a huge breakthrough in improving the performance of high-energy laser systems,”the team said in its research paper. “High-quality beams can be produced not only in the first second, but also maintained indefinitely.”

The cooling system controls gas flows to remove heat from inside a laser weapon, preventing vibration and disruptions in performance. It can enable longer operation, increased range and greater firepower, the scientists said. They noted that 60 years on from the invention of the first ruby laser, weapons developers haven’t been able to create “death rays that can instantly kill targets.”

Some of the most high-profile US laser weapons projects have been canceled, despite shooting down targets in testing. “The true reason for the cancellation of these projects was that their destructive power did not meet expectations,” the Chinese scientists said. Longer, continuous operation times are needed to extend the range of laser weapons beyond a few kilometers, they said.

Such weapons generate high-energy beams that heat up the gas in their path as they pass through the air, creating turbulence. This effect can distort the beam, diminishing its accuracy and strength. The heated gases can also contaminate the mirrors in a laser weapon, reducing performance and potentially damaging a system.

The Chinese researchers said they developed a system that blows gas through the weapon to remove waste heat and keep the mirrors clear. Their technology is already being used in a number of laser weapons that the Chinese military has under development.

Beijing reportedly intends to use such weapons against drones, missiles and aircraft. They also could be used to target satellites, disrupting enemy communications, navigation and surveillance capabilities.

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley schooled CNN’s Kaitlan Collins on Attorney General Merrick Garland’s decision to appoint US Attorney David Weiss as special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden.

US Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday announced that US Attorney for Delaware David Weiss was appointed Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation.

Weiss asked for special counsel status in the Hunter Biden case.

“This appointment confirms my commitment to provide Mr. Weiss all the resources he requests,” Garland said. “It also reaffirms that Mr. Weiss has the authority he needs to conduct a thorough investigation and to continue to take the steps he deems appropriate independently based only on the facts and the law.”

According to Justice Department regulations, “The Special Counsel shall be selected from outside the United States Government.”

However, Merrick Garland played shell games and appointed US Attorney Dave Weiss by using a different DOJ regulation.

This is a massive cover-up operation.

Dave Weiss allowed the statute of limitations to run out on Hunter’s more serious charges as IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley previously pointed out.

Weiss sparred with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins and absolutely destroyed her with FACTS about the DOJ’s efforts to intervene on Hunter Biden’s behalf.

Shapley pointed out that Merrick Garland’s decision to appoint Weiss as special counsel vindicated his claims under oath that the US Attorney was hamstrung and unable to bring charges against Hunter Biden.

Kaitlan Collins, unable to even defend the DOJ’s actions, repeated her same, tired talking points that Weiss is a ‘Trump appointee.’

Technically Trump appointed Weiss, however, both senators in Delaware had to approve of his appointment under ‘Blue Slip.’

Trump said he would have never appointed Weiss otherwise.

Gary Shapley set Kaitlan Collins straight.

“If [Weiss] had the charging authority, why does he need to be given special counsel authority?” Shapley asked Collins.

Kaitlan Collins tried to get Shapley in a ‘gotcha’ moment and asked him who told him Weiss couldn’t bring charges in other venues.

Shapley immediately said, “United States Attorney Weiss on October 7, 2022 told me that.”

Collins of course tried to bring up a letter Weiss wrote Jim Jordan wherein he claimed he had been granted “ultimate authority” over the Hunter Biden probe.

Shapley once again schooled Collins and pointed out Weiss admitted his “authority is geographically limited to Delaware.”

Quickly but quietly, Big Pharma and various state governments are working to inject beef and dairy cattle with mRNA “vaccines.” The practice has been happening with pork since 2018 and beef is next on the agenda.

Jason Nelson, CEO of Whole Cows, has been watching the developments closely. “I’ll shut down the company before we ship a single bag of mRNA-injected meat,” he said. “That’s why we’re growing as quickly as possible so we can achieve the buying power to produce large amounts. We’re relatively small now but we want to have a surplus of tens of thousands of bags of beef by 2024.”

The pushes for both transparency and to halt the push for mRNA-jabbed beef have hit roadblocks recently. In Missouri, a bill that would have forced labeling of beef injected with mRNA vaccines was stalled in committee. According to Todd Neeley at DTN:

A bill at the center of a vaccine controversy in the state of Missouri was voted down in a committee of the state’s house of representatives this week. The Missouri House Committee on Emerging Issues voted 10-4 against HB1169 on Wednesday, effectively ending the bill’s chance for passage in the current session.

Among many other stipulations, the bill would have required all beef derived from Missouri cattle to include labels detailing vaccines cattle received throughout their life. HB1169 also would have applied to commodities produced using GMO corn and soybeans.

Unfortunately, cattle and rancher associations across the nation have ignored concerns from both consumers and producers. Currently, most state rancher associations are either silent on the issue or in favor of advancing Big Pharma’s agenda.

“Our goal at Whole Cows is to give the people healthy, natural, delicious proteins they can eat today or store for decades,” Nelson continued. “We can’t fulfill that promise if the beef has been tainted, so we’re taking every step necessary to keep the jabs away from our cattle.”

Amember of the Washington, D.C., city council called this week for the mayor of D.C. to join him in calling out the D.C. National Guard to help regain control of the streets overrun by violent crime.

Trayon White, 39, made his case at a press conference very close to where three people were shot and killed just days before. He described Ward 8, which he represents on the council, having become a “cancer,” which is spreading to other parts of the city.

“Desperate times call for desperate measures,” Mr. White said. “We have young men wandering through the community with AK-47s, letting off 60, 90, up to 100 rounds — daily.”

White said he reached out to Mayor Muriel Bowser about his proposal to call up of the National Guard, which would require coordination and cooperation with the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice and the White House, as the president has authority over the local guard units.

“The District has seen 13 slayings in just the first nine days of August. The 161 homicides recorded so far this year represent a 28% increase from 2022, and violent crime is up 37%, with sexual assaults, robberies, assaults with a dangerous weapon and carjackings all seeing year-over-year increases,” according to The Washington Times.

The first batch of Ukrainian pilots are not expected to complete training on US-made F-16 fighter jets before next summer, the Washington Post reported on Friday, citing senior government and military officials in Kiev.

According to the outlet, only six pilots are set to go through the first round of training, with two other pilots being reserved as backup candidates. Although they are all fluent in English, officials insist the pilots attend four months of English lessons in Britain, to learn specific terminology associated with the sophisticated jets.

Only after they have completed these language courses will the pilots be able to start combat training. Ukrainian officials told the Washington Post that this will likely happen no sooner than January and that the F-16 training program itself will take six months.

A second group of about the same size is expected to be prepared to fly the jets by the end of 2024, the officials added, expressing their dismay at the sluggishness of the process. “This is called dragging it out,” one of the sources told the outlet, noting that he was reluctant to be too critical of US and European benefactors out of fear of appearing ungrateful.

US officials have also told the Washington Post that another 20 Ukrainian pilots are ready to start English courses, with most of the country’s best pilots expected to remain in Ukraine during their language training as they continue to fly sorties in Soviet-era planes.

Last week, Politico also reported that, according to US sources, out of the 32 pilots Ukraine had hoped to train on the F-16s, only eight had sufficient English skills to take part in the instruction program.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), former chair of the House Oversight Committee, raised concerns over current President Joe Biden adviser Amos Hochstein, who was aboard a 2015 flight to Ukraine with then-Vice President Joe Biden.

On Thursday, the Oversight Committee retweeted a photo of Hochstein, then-Special Envoy, aboard Air Force Two on the way to Ukraine, briefing then-Vice President Joe Biden.

The committee said the photo was taken on the same trip where Joe Biden lobbied the Ukrainian government to fire top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings. The energy company paid Hunter Biden $83,000 a month for a board position to obtain the “Biden brand,” as Biden business associate Devon Archer described the arrangement.

“Current White House staffer Amos Hochstein was in communication with Hunter and Burisma while working for then-VP Joe Biden,” the committee posted on Twitter. “According to obtained emails, there were multiple conversations between Burisma, Hunter, and Hochstein while Hochstein was working as a federal government employee as well as multiple logged meetings with VP Biden including the day after Shokin was fired.”

The unearthed photo raised concern among Republicans.

“Amos Hochstein is years overdue in receiving fair scrutiny for his revolving door of service to Obama and Biden and catering to international business clients,” Issa told Breitbart News.

“We also need clarification of photos that show him briefing Joe Biden while on the way to Ukraine for Hunter to cash in,” he added. “Suggesting they were talking about the weather and grandchildren isn’t going to work.”

Hochstein was appointed as Joe Biden’s special coordinator for global infrastructure and energy security in 2021. In 2022, Biden appointed him as special presidential coordinator.

Hochstein’s involvement in the Biden family business is well documented. On April 16, 2015, Hochstein met with Joe Biden at the White House, the visitor logs show. That meeting occurred the same day Hunter Biden introduced Joe Biden to Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi and other business associates during a dinner at Café Milano in Washington, DC.

A conservative site reported that Hobbs said Trump had a “neo-nazi base” while she was serving as a Democrat state senator in 2017. Hobbs’ tweet echoed criticism that Trump praised Neo-Nazi rioters in Charlottesville. (Trump has denied that allegation and pointed to various times after the riot where he condemned those extremist elements).

Eiffel Tower Evacuated Over Bomb Threat

According to a report from France 24, “bomb disposal experts and police scoured the area, including a restaurant located on one of the floors.”

The three floors of the tower, as well as the square underneath, were all evacuated. Traffic was also diverted away from the area.

“It’s a usual procedure in this kind of situation which however is rare,” a spokeswoman for the tower told the news outlet.

Nearly seven million people visit the Eiffel Tower each year, from all over the world.

The monument has reopened to the public, and traffic around the area has returned to normal.

“The monument has a police station at the foot of the south pillar, its premises are under video surveillance, and visitors have to undergo security checks before entry,” CNN reports.

Details about the threat, where it came from, or if there are any suspects have not been released at this time.

‘Better martyrs’: the growing role of women in the far-right movement

The pipeline from mommy blogger to Tradwife to book-banner is an important aspect of the extreme right wing in the US

Researchers who track how the far right in the US mobilizes, self-promotes and recruits are reporting that women are playing a growing role in the movement.

They often work behind the scenes to advance conspiracy theories through social media and softly attract new women into the fold. But at the same time, in recent years “alt-right” women have also shifted to influential public-facing roles in rightwing media production and far-right national politics.

They have taken prominent roles in events like the January 6 attack on the Capitol, count US congresswomen in their number and have seen the emergence of powerful new groups like Moms for Liberty.

“[Far-right women] have a lot more power than you think,” said Dr Sandra Jeppesen, a professor of media and communications at Lakehead University in Ontario, Canada.

Despite their seemingly understated presence in extremist groups and far-right politics, they can be effective organizers, responsible for bringing thousands of people to the Capitol for the January 6 “Stop the Steal” rally and now mobilizing against inclusive education.

Some women figures on the far-right scene have a lot of money, especially the most prominent ones, said Tracy Llanera, an assistant professor of philosophy at the University of Connecticut. The most high-profile far-right conservative women are involved in social media production because they fit the mold of what Llanera calls “the acceptable faces of conservative propaganda”.

They include Fox News commentator Tomi Lahren and Canadian far-right YouTuber Lauren Southern, who produce conservative media and rightwing propaganda, amassing a huge following and millions of dollars.

Even so-called “Tradwives” – such as the TikToker Estee Williams, who promotes strict adherence to traditional gender roles – generate income from their social media content. The Global Network on Extremism & Technology recently linked Tradwives to “alt-lite” and “alt-right” ideologies.

“I think women definitely want power,” Jeppesen argued. “I don’t think ‘alt-right’ women go into politics for altruistic reasons.”

Like men in the movement, women commit to far-right politics believing there is a crisis and they have to commit to extraordinary action, she stated. In the days leading up to 6 January 2021, Marjorie Taylor Greene, the extremist congresswoman from Georgia, paid tens of thousands of dollars for a promoted Parlor post stating the need for a grassroots army and created a Photoshopped image of her and Donald Trump.

The post, used as an election fundraiser for Greene’s campaign, garnered millions of views and played a strong role in mobilizing people to the Capitol, Jeppesen explained.

While Greene’s social media presence attracted insurrectionists to Washington DC, the far-right election-denial group Women for America First ultimately held the permit for the rally outside the White House, helped to coordinate the march that became the January 6 riot, and eventually organized fundraisers for election audits in Georgia and Arizona in 2021, Vice News reported.

Other female insurrectionists played a pivotal role in the riots and spreading election denial conspiracies during and after.

Jessica Watkins, an Oath Keepers member and founder of the Ohio State Regular Militia, arranged for both militias to travel to the Capitol, organizing and communicating on site with the encrypted walkie-talkie-style app Zello. She was sentenced to eight and a half years in prison; people such as Watkins are considered political prisoners to members of the far-right movement.

When Ashli Babbit was killed by Capitol Hill police during the January 6 attack, she was promoted as a martyr, with even the former US president Donald Trump calling her parents. “Women make better martyrs in the ‘alt-right’,” Jeppesen said about Babbit’s lingering effect.

Another growing power on the far right is Moms for Liberty, a group that began as a small parents’ rights group but which has spread across the US and is a leading force in promoting book bans.

The group – with a fervent membership of conservative mothers – aims to affect US education, attacking anything that meddles with the far-right view of what is suitable for bringing up children, said Llanera of the University of Connecticut. “Mothers protect their offspring, out of the private sphere where they are most relevant,” she added.

Iowyth Ulthiin, a PhD student at Toronto Metropolitan University and researcher at Lakehead University, explained that rightwing sects will use a broad appeal to a general issue like children’s safety in order to spread far-right ideas.

“Who dosn’t love children and want them to be safe?” Ulthiin said.

Far-right mothers start building rapport with other parents, using the vulnerability of their children to open the door to QAnon conspiracy theories and anti-government sentiment.

The far right can take the same recruitment posture online. Ulthiin’s research has seen women in the “mommy blogger aesthetic” on Instagram, known for sharing photos of “lovely, enviable lives”, become subtly political and then escalate rapidly into conspiracy theories.

Most notably, film-maker Sean Donnelly produced an eight-minute documentary, QAmom: Confronting My Mom’s Conspiracy Theories, about his mother’s transformation from a new age Californian to an outright conspiracy theorist who believed well-known celebrities would be arrested for pedophilia.

Ulthiin said that women who fall into the far-right trap often have similar psychological profiles. “It would be a similar crowd to those who are in danger of joining a cult,” they said.

It wasn’t the first time New Zealand had got caught up in it all, with Jacinda Ardern’s visit to the firm last May in New York, causing a social media stir with conspiracy theorists going into overdrive, some linking the former prime minister to an incoherent global plot with BlackRock and the World Economic Forum.

The intensity of claims were such that BlackRock debuted an ad campaign in the US to explain who it was and what it does, to combat misinformation and the conspiracy theories.

So what is BlackRock then?

BlackRock is the world’s largest investment and risk management firm with $10trillion of assets under its management. It was started in 1988 in New York, before ballooning to a franchise which spans the globe.

In 2012, it launched a climate infrastructure business which develops investment strategies to promote climate solutions.

Its chief executive and co-founder Larry Fink, a New York-based billionaire, is seen to be at the forefront of ethically-responsible investing and business practices, called ESGs.

This has made him a politically controversial figure, who is attacked by both the left and right.

Eight GOP Candidates Meet Debate Qualifications – President Trump Unlikely to Attend

According to most media presentations of the performance, eight GOP candidates have qualified for the debate though some have not yet signed the required private corporate RNC loyalty pledge.The debate qualifications are:

(1) Must have at least 40,000 unique donors, with at least 200 unique donors from each state. (2) Must reach at least 1% in three national polls that meet the RNC’s requirements or at least 1% in two national polls and in two polls from separate early voting states. (3) Must sign the RNC’s “Beat Biden pledge” – a commitment to back the eventual Republican nominee.

The candidates who have met the first two qualifiers are, Donald Trump, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Tim Scott, Vivek Ramaswamy, Doug Burgum, Chris Christie and somehow Mike Pence. Trump, Christie and Pence have not signed the loyalty pledge.

Presumably donor threshold verification is a part of the RNC requirement to share donor information with the corporation in order to be considered a “Republican.” It’s a little funny, in a revealing sense, that collecting donor information is a priority – but ballot harvesting, not-so-much. Go figure.

•The DNC wants power. The RNC wants money.

• The DNC uses money to get power. The RNC use power to get money.

• The ideology of the DNC drives their corporate donor activity. The ideology of the corporate donors drives the RNC.

This is the essential difference in their corporate business models. Other than that, on a policy perspective -much like the candidates within the corporation- they are the same. One big uniparty club; each subsidiary, DNC or RNC club division, with their own priorities.

The business end of UniParty politics has many base voters questioning just about everything now, and rightly so. From my own review, it’s all suspect now. The social and cultural ideology of the left-wing is clear; they are pushing ideology. However, when you look at the right-wing corporate response, notice the focus is on money. The left is pushing a cultural revolution; the right is seeking to gain money in (a) corporate alignment, or (b) velvet-gloved combat against it.

The leftist ideology advances. Notice there is no ideological pushback against the cultural revolution from Congress. Why?… Money

Democrats know if they want to advance ideology, simply find a mechanism to pay Republicans. Easy peasy.

♦ Ukraine. IDEOLOGY: The agenda of the left-wing (Dems) is clear; they are pushing for an expanded totalitarian globalist agenda. MONEY: The right-wing response to the Ukraine ideology, is money. Congress funds the industrial military machine, the military contractors. The contractors repay politicians.

The globalist ideology advances. Notice, there is no ideological pushback against the White House and U.S. State Dept foreign policy from Congress.

Why?… money.

If you are an institution (or individual) and your enterprise needs power to advance your interests (think Big Tech), you align with Democrats. If you are an institution (or individual) and your enterprise needs money to advance your interests (think Wall St), you align with Republicans.

The left-wing wants power to advance ideology. The right-wing wants money. That’s why the Republicans never stop any of the Democrats’ ideological gains.

♦ Elections. IDEOLOGY: The ballot-harvesting agenda of the left-wing (DNC/dems) is clear; they have thousands of networked groups funded by donor activity (Zuckerbucks etc.), organized in every community to assemble ballots. MONEY: The right-wing response is to see the opportunity for fundraising…. Meanwhile, a massive network known as True The Vote, Catherine Englebrecht, with an army of skilled voter integrity grassroots operations, easily retooled to a ballot collection network, sits untapped.

This is the nature of the system that distracts us. Two wings of the same vulture. This is the inherent nature of U.S. politics in the big picture, and I can get as granular and specific as anyone might need – including the propositions for why club candidates are selected within the ‘illusion of choice’ game.

When asked the question of should President Trump debate the GOP contenders, it seems silly. There is only one candidate with an America-First outlook to withdraw from foreign conflict, focus on the interests of American citizens first, build a self-sustaining Main Street economy, grow the domestic economy to meet entitlement needs, tax imports to incentivize domestic production, and control immigration with a border wall.

Donald Trump is the only candidate who holds those views, he’s essentially a third-party unto himself, so what is there to debate?

A lawsuit filed August 4 asks a federal court to block Texas Interim Attorney General Angela Colmenero from enforcing a new law that would require users of adult websites to send their government-issued identification to those websites.

The Free Speech Coalition (FSC), a trade association that represents “hundreds of businesses and individuals involved in the production, distribution, sale, and presentation of constitutionally-protected adult content,” filed the lawsuit alongside 16 companies and one anonymous adult performer.

“Many of FSC’s members are individual adult performers gravely concerned about the consequences of the Act, but who fear for their safety should they come forward publicly to challenge the Act in court,” FSC’s attorneys write in the lawsuit.

Some of the companies named in the lawsuit include the operators of adult entertainment websites Brazzers, Pornhub and XVideos.

Colmenero has not yet filed a response to the lawsuit. She did file for an extension to the court’s Monday response deadline, asking the court for an extra week to prepare.

That filing does not state any reason why the Texas Office of the Attorney General would require an extension.

“Least effective and most restrictive”

The new law, House Bill 1181, goes into effect September 1. When it does, it will require any commercial entity providing adult content to utilize what the law says are “reasonable age verification methods.”

The law does not apply to social media websites or search engines.

The websites will be required to ask their users to transmit one of the following:

digital identification;

government-issued identification; or,

public or private transactional data (mortgage, pay stub, etc.).

“Despite impinging on the rights of adults to access protected speech, [the law] fails strict scrutiny by employing the least effective and yet also the most restrictive means of accomplishing Texas’s stated purpose of allegedly protecting minors,” the lawsuit states.

Police in Kansas Execute 'Chilling' Raid on Small-Town Newspaper, Seizing Phones and Computers

Police in the small Kansas town of Marion have raided a local newspaper office and the home of its publisher, seizing equipment and sparking claims of abuse of power and threats of legal action.

Eric Meyer, the owner and publisher of the Marion County Record, said in an Aug. 9 edition of the newspaper that four Marion police officers and three sheriff's deputies recently carried out a raid on his home and the Record office, seizing personal cell phones and computers.

Mr. Meyer said that the police also seized the newspaper's file server and equipment that was unrelated to their search but which was needed to continue publishing work.

"Our first priority is to be able to publish next week," Mr. Meyer was cited by the Record as saying. "But we also want to make sure no other news organization is ever exposed to the Gestapo tactics we witnessed today."

A reporter for the Record said on social media that she was injured in the raid, which she called "chilling."

"The chief of the Marion, Kansas Police Department, Gideon Cody, forcibly yanked my cell phone out of my hand, so heads up that I will be without it (my phone, not my hand) for a while," reporter Deb Gruver wrote in a post on Facebook.

"I've filed a report with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation because a previously dislocated finger was re-injured," she added.

"I thought I lived in the United States," she wrote.

The sordid history of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS)

Joining President Trump at the Iowa State Fair was a massive crowd of supporters who cheered and waved as he made his way through the famous fair this sunny Saturday afternoon.

The 45th president appeared enthusiastic about the big turnout when he gave remarks to the media. “It’s a beautiful day in Iowa,” said President Trump, “but there’s a record crowd; they’ve never had anything even close, so I’m very happy.”

Criminals across our government have been lying about our Population size for decades.... The numbers DO NOT ADD UP.

In the year 2000, we had 33.7 Million in Elementary School and 16.4 Million in HS. Fast forward to today.... They are claiming the US population went from 280 Million in 2000 to 340 Million today. Now keep in mind, they say that much of this growth is sub 24 year olds...

So it goes to reason, 340/280 million is 21.43% HIGHER; we should have 21.43% MORE Students as they are claiming the Average Age of the Nation has barely budged and they are claiming immigrants with lots of families have come in... isn't that the narrative?

Well, 16.4 Million + 33.7 Million = 50.1 Million * 1.2143 (population increase) = 60.836 Million students.... How many do we actually have... DRUM ROLL.... Houston... We have a problem We are at 48.6 Million as of 2020... What's interesting is the US population on this report

A small team of Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Tracking (SRT) Guardians from Space Systems Command (SSC) recently participated in a real-world multi-national training exercise in South America that included some very real-life operations.

The SRT team was invited by the U. S. Space Command’s Joint Task Force-Space Defense Commercial Operations Cell (JCO) to Lima, Peru to take part in RESOLUTE SENTINEL 23 (RS23), a U.S. Southern Command multi-national exercise, held at the Centro Nacional de Operaciones de Imagenes Satelitales (CNOIS) from June 28 through July 8.

“I am overwhelmed by the professionalism of the combined joint space team,” said Lt Col Jonathan Whitaker, USSOUTHCOM Director of Space Forces. “Our hosts in Peru and Colombia gave us a worldclass opportunity to test operational aspects of the future Space Forces Southern Component Field Command. We exceeded every goal for this exercise.”

The four-member SRT team from SSC was joined by their counterparts from six allied nations Peru, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, and the United Kingdom for a total of 28 people participating, said Lt. McKenna G. Medina, SSC’s SRT site lead.

SSC’s SRT team looked forward to using the exercise as a “sandbox” to test its ability to deliver useful Operational Planning Products (OPPs) to unified combatant command users at relevant timelines. Currently, OPPs are commercially developed products that answer operational questions generated by the combatant commands. These products can be used to identify such things as maritime awareness, illegal fishing/resource extraction, or to highlight humanitarian issues.

“The best part about Operational Planning Products is that they’re non-classified,” Medina said. “They give users the flexibility to share commercial data with international partners.”

The team contributed to two real-world operations during the exercise. First, the team identified and geo-located a vessel suspected of illegally fishing in Peruvian waters. This led to SOUTHCOM tasking a USAF C-130 to over-fly the vessel and enabled Peruvian Coast Guard members to train on locating and identifying potential illegal fishing in their waters, said Lt. Col. Vinny Pande, SSC’s persistent tactical surveillance branch chief and a member of SSC’s SRT team.

The illegal fishing OPP included historical tracks of potentially illegal fishing boats: ships that had turned off their radar and gone “dark,” among other details, Medina said.

Second, the team supported disaster planning by imaging a volcano that showed signs of a impending eruption in Columbia. SRT delivered commercial SAR-sensing products (a measure of radio frequency) to the Colombian government in support of humanitarian response planning. The team provided data from space showing status conditions of the Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia compared side-by-side to data from a Peruvian volcano that had recently erupted, Medina said.

The attorney for presidential son Hunter Biden told CNN hostess Kaitlin Collins Friday night that crazy President Donald J. Sergey Pashinsky, who has been at the center of multiple corruption probes, is raking in millions of dollars, the paper reports

A former Ukrainian lawmaker, who has faced multiple corruption allegations, has been making millions of dollars from arms sales since the start of the Ukrainian conflict last February, the New York Times has reported.

A company allegedly affiliated with Sergey Pashinsky, who President Vladimir Zelensky once called a criminal, has become one of the main arms suppliers for Kiev’s military, the paper claims.

In its article on Saturday, the New York Times reported that the Ukrainian Defense Ministry contacted the politically isolated Pashinsky shortly after Moscow launched its military offensive.

According to the NYT, military officials were desperate to procure as much Soviet-type ammunition as possible, and were hoping that the former MP could help by using his informal connections in the arms business.

Pashinsky had previously spent years overseeing military spending, the newspaper noted.

According to the NYT investigation,Ukrainian Armored Technology, a company understood to be linked to Pashinsky, has since become the “biggest private arms supplier in Ukraine.”

The firm reportedly buys and resells grenades, artillery shells and rockets to the Ukrainian military, employing a trans-European network of middlemen. In 2022, Ukrainian Armored Technology reported sales totaling more than $350 million, having risen from just $2.8 million the year before.

The paper, citing anonymous Ukrainian officials, alleged that authorities are looking into the company’s pricing as well as Pashinsky’s supposed financial relationships with procurement officials and companies abroad.

The media outlet described one of Pashinsky’s alleged schemes involving Bulgaria – a major manufacturer of Soviet-type ammunition that has refused to supply it directly to Ukraine.

The former Ukrainian MP has reportedly asked his local connection to place orders and make sure Bulgarian arms factories prioritize them. The shipments were falsely listed as destined for Poland with the help of middleman Andrzej Kowalczyk, the NYT claimed.

According to the article, prices increase at each step as the intermediaries take their cuts, with the Ukrainian military picking up the tab.

However, the cost is largely covered by European aid, the paper reported. While Western officials are privately unhappy about the resurgence of such shady figures as Pashinsky, they remain silent for fear of playing into Russia’s narratives about Ukrainian corruption, according to the NYT.

The former MP has denied negotiating such deals, describing himself as a “responsible citizen of my country.”

In 2019, President Vladimir Zelensky called Pashinsky a “criminal,” with the country’s anti-corruption bureau subsequently launching an investigation into the former lawmaker. His house and office were raided in 2020.

The report surmised that the Ukrainian government had put its anti-corruption campaign and push for more transparency on hold in the interest of securing an uninterrupted flow of arms and ammunition into the country. Some dubious characters who were previously denounced as corrupt have therefore gained an opportunity to line their pockets with state contracts again while officials look the other way, it added.

The US-led military bloc “expected miracles” of Kiev’s troops, an American officer told the British newspaper

NATO was overly optimistic about the Ukrainian military’s ability to regain ground before its summer counteroffensive, The Times reported on Saturday, citing an unnamed US officer. The British newspaper noted that officials in Kiev had begun blaming their Western backers for their supposed lack of resolve.

In its article penned by Mark Galeotti, the author of more than 20 books on Russia, The Times quoted an anonymous US army officer involved in the training of Ukrainian service members. “Nato expected miracles, and the Ukrainians promised them,” he said, adding that “you can’t run a war on optimism.”

Another US official told the media outlet that “we haven’t quite closed the book on 2023, but we are ramping up our thinking about 2024.”

The report claimed that neither Russia nor Ukraine can make any decisive advances at present, with the latter now touting the capture of individual villages as a sign of success.

The author estimates that Kiev has two months at most to turn the tide before autumn rains start making the ground impassable for military hardware in November.

Strong defense fortifications and extensive minefields set up by Russian forces in southern Ukraine were among the reasons for the apparent underperformance of Kiev’s counteroffensive, the report claimed.

Against this backdrop, officials in Kiev have recently begun criticizing NATO for not doing enough, with one describing the US-led military bloc as “gutless,” according to the newspaper.

With neither side willing to compromise, the conflict is likely to continue for the long haul, the report concluded.

Speaking to the Washington Post earlier this week, Polish President Andrzej Duda, one of Kiev’s staunchest Western supporters, acknowledged that the Ukrainian military was “not currently able to carry out a very decisive counteroffensive against the Russian military.”

Also this week, CNN quoted unnamed US and other Western officials as predicting that it was “highly unlikely” that Kiev forces would be able to “make progress that would change the balance of this conflict.”

Ukraine launched its long-awaited counteroffensive in early June, concentrating its efforts at multiple points along the frontline from Zaporozhye to Donetsk Regions.

According to Russia’s Defense Ministry, the operation has turned out to be a failure that has so far cost Ukraine 43,000 personnel and 4,900 units of military hardware.

SPLC expands 'Hate Map' by adding political and parents groups to hate extremists

It appears as if hate exploded in the United States last year, but SPLC's "Hate Map" data is inflated because 702 of 1,225 groups described by the map as "hate groups" are actually policy advocacy organizations with no connection to a "hateful" ideology.

The Southern Poverty Law Center is reporting a record low number of hate groups this year but is inflating the dots on its infamous "Hate Map" by redefining political policy and parents groups as anti-government organizations worthy of scrutiny.

The SPLC recorded 523 hate groups in its 2022 annual report. That is the fewest number of hate groups recorded since the SPLC started publishing its annual Hate Map in 2000. The organization doesn't mention this accomplishment in its annual report and instead focuses on hate they allege is being pushed by right-wing figures.

Rather than reflecting what most would find a cause for celebration, the latest Hate Map's headline states: "In 2022, we tracked 1,225 hate and antigovernment groups across the U.S."

All previous years' Hate Maps listed only hate groups, and 2022 had the highest number of groups tracked by the controversial "civil rights" organization. On the surface, it would appear as if hate exploded in the United States last year, by including 702 groups deemed "anti-government" into the data pool. The addition of policy groups inflated the totals on the map by 57%.

The SPLC acknowledged a difference between "hate groups" and "anti-government" groups: "Hate groups hold beliefs or practices that attack or malign an entire class of people, typically for their immutable characteristics, while antigovernment groups see the federal government as an enemy of the people and promote baseless conspiracy theories." The organization justified the commingling of the two because it claimed "far-right activists have embraced ever more violent rhetoric" and "their words are contributing to an atmosphere that breeds political violence."

Geographic errors in the map also abound. Most of the Moms for Liberty county chapters, of which there are 285 in 45 states, are placed in the middle of the states they are based out of, regardless of whether that is their actual location. The SPLC did not respond to requests for comment, or offer an explanation for their decision on where to locate the alleged hate groups.

Some of the US-sponsored research involved gathering dangerous avian flu viruses from China's wet markets and infecting chickens, ducks, and guinea pigs to 'supercharge' the viruses and make them more transmissible.

While not technically illegal, research in China is not subjected to the same stringent ethical and safety protocols in the US.
