In “Seraphim”, he sings:

Which to me now means the internal struggle he’s having between these two sides of him. He was raised a Christian, so “what [he] believe[s]” is that going trans is wrong. But “who I could be” is this “female” version of himself, “Jessa”.
He continues:
“Once, the future seemed so safe and secure
Now into a storm it’s lost
Is who I was before
A nuisance and a bore
And do I dare inherit who that was
Or dare I try anew and risk the cost”
Again, this to me reveals his inner turmoil about this. ”Who [he] was before” is his male self. He sees himself as “a nuisance and a bore”, and “inherit who that was” means living out that life as the person he thinks the world is better off without, while “try[ing] anew and risk[ing] the cost” means coming out, and risking losing his friends, family, and any chance of going back to a normal life afterwards.
It’s especially worth noting that Seraphim features “Jessa”, a pitched-up female-sounding version of himself he’s used on a few of his songs for years. But it’s the only one so far that has both his own male voice AND “Jessa” singing the same vocals at the same time, layered on each other.
And in case you missed it at the beginning of the thread, his trans accounts are named “Jessa Gabbana”. It’s not even symbolism at this point—you now can’t convince me that Seraphim is about anything else.

People with dysphoria believe that once they transition, their depression will go away, but the numbers don’t reflect that at all… In fact, quite the contrary. The suicide rates are terrifyingly high, and it’s because transitioning doesn’t solve the root source of the depression, it only masks it temporarily. And once that wears off, they realize that they’re left with a mutilated body and are no longer attractive to the vast majority of people. It’s at that point that they feel they have nothing left, and make that final choice.

Pic related is a screenshot from one of Eurobeat's streams from 3 days ago (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/457834544), and he's clearly quite a bit fatter than he was in whatever unsourced photo you have in the OP. The tranny does not look fat in the half-naked shots. They have different eye color, which is quite hard to fake.
