Do millions of people around the world know how badly they are being ripped off living in these shitty cities paying rent? Do you realize you could live a far more free life, far less expensive life, outside those major cities? There are towns out there where rent is only $600 per month and you don't have to live with a bunch of niggers or leftist drones. There are towns you can take out a 200K mortgage on a small family home and you'd be paying far less each month than renting an apartment in any major city.
So anons. WTF? Why are so many people willing to be ripped off these days instead of just moving to cheaper areas to live?

Smaller ski resorts are based places to live in if you can find the right people to rent from or a cheap enough place to buy, and use your autismbux to find a hobby that ends up getting you work. I do this.

Actually, I forgot that I saw a nigger up here the other day. It's over, don't come here.

It's not even niche places like that, but all across fly-over country. I've seen decent apartment complexes with rent as low as $500 per month. Typically $600 to $800 in a town with around 10,000 people.
I just don't understand why anyone would be stupid enough to rent a single bedroom apartment for anything over $1,000 that's a fucking rip-off. Especially in shit states like Jew York and Commiefornia.

It's all over the world. I'm from a third-world shithole called Russia, and here everyone wants to live in cities too. Stinking shitholes with insane living costs. A beautiful house in the village costs 50 (!) times less than in the city. The village has excellent ecology, forests, clean air and water. But no one wants to live in the village; everyone wants to live in the city. I asked why? The answer is generally standard: people want the super-comfort of city life.

The main reason Russians want to live in cities and don't want to live in nature is that Russians are one of the most collective nations on the planet, statistically on par with China and the Islamic shithole. Russians are terrified of loneliness, so they flock to overcrowded cities and live in tiny cells of cattle-blocks. I asked one Russian why he moved from the village, where there was plenty of space, to a cramped dwelling. He replied, "I love the collective!" It's ironic that in Russian, the words "collective" and "feces" are similar. I don't like herd animals. If you're a loner and love freedom, you're doomed in Russia. I've never met a single loner like me in my entire life.

Similar to the US, most people choose to live in overcrowded expensive cities. Only 1/4th the entire population lives elsewhere. Me and my family live on the outskirts of a small country town and it's great out here. Property taxes are low. Very low crime rates. We have a lot of "elbow room" aka lifestyle privacy. The area is all unincorporated so very few zoning codes exist outside basic safety codes. We are allowed to build without permit on our own private property (except for when it comes to new electrical installations, a fire safety zoning code).
Other than that we had to get used to longer commutes for shopping but we do it less often, and when we do go out we get everything done all at once spanning half a day or so. Re-stock and rotate needed supplies, food, accessories etc. Enough stuff to last us the next couple weeks before we have to go out again. The fact we cook our own food and rarely go out to eat saves us a ton of money too and is far healthier. So is raising chickens for eggs, we get a ton of dirt cheap meals from fresh eggs (cost of hen scratch and crumble is around $80 every three months and we get around two dozen eggs every week, do the math).

I don't think it's about money. I've spent a long time telling Russians that living in the countryside is much cheaper, to no avail. They constantly whine about the cost of concrete blocks in overcrowded cities, but they don't want to live in the countryside. Let's be realistic: I personally sold my concrete block in the city and moved to the countryside not because of the cost of living, but because I love solitude and the forest. The forest is the most beautiful thing on the planet. I could live in the forest whether I was a pauper or a billionaire. It's not about the cost of living, it's about the love of the forest and the open space.
I've been looking at Google Earth America a lot, and I'm struck by how often in America one or two houses stand alone somewhere, far from other houses. In Russia, this is absolutely unthinkable; here people strive to live as close to each other as possible; even in villages, houses are crammed together! I spent a lot of time and effort finding an old, abandoned village where I'm practically the only resident.
I think you, too, if you look deep inside yourself, live on the outskirts of a small country town not because of the cost of living, but because you love space and freedom.

I'm always amazed when some poor fag living in a concrete box, surrounded by niggers and under constant fear of getting robbed tries to mock the midwest.
I also am glad when they do because it keeps niggers and retards from moving to small towns.

Ausfag here
It's either you live in one of four major cities, work in the mines, or literal middle of nowhere where you have to drive hours for proper medical care basically.
There are some rare exceptions but they are almost the same price as capital cities so it's not worth it.

Some decent sized towns (10,000 to 20,000 pop) do still have medical centers, doctors offices and hospitals. The nearest medical center from my location is about 30 minutes away up north where I live, in the jurisdiction of a smaller town but on the outskirts. It's not totally buttfuck rural but we do enjoy more privacy than most people.
The key to strategic relocation is to pick a location that is not densely populated, somewhere between small to medium sized towns nearby where you'll have access to stores and resources, not too long a drive away. Somewhere where taxes are low and whites are still the demographic majority.

Yes, exactly! Out here locals often call it "having some elbow room" as in privacy and some personal space to do as we please. Nearest house from me is like 40 acres away between a small forest separating both our properties.

The town must NOT have a large airport. If your municipal airport can land anything larger than a single prop Cessna you're going to get infested by billionaire liberals.
Billionaires hunt for remote small towns that have an airport where they can land their global 5000s. They will buy huge amounts of land then subsidize low income housing so they can import Mexicans to work on their estates.
They have no problems importing endless liberal psychopaths who will do everything in their power to import as many low income slaves as they can while undermining law enforcement and lobotomizing the school board.

LOL I'm at least 70 miles or so from the nearest airport. None around me that I've ever seen even driving from one town to the next.

I'm looking to buy cheap rural house in Fly Over States, but hopefully within 40 miles of decent sized city, in case I want to work part time.
Trump/Biden/Blackrock just increased price of housing in USA 2-3x in just a few years. I'm wondering if a crash is coming but more likely just more inflation.
Plan is to get Govt Loan at near 0% down, but maybe refi soon to get out from under Mort Insurance with 20+% equity. Buddy changed his house from 3 brd to 4 because on paper that boosted his equity to over 20%.
