Diseases are caused by toxin exposure, nutrient deficiencies, weather, injuries, thoughts, and unnatural radiation, but mostly the first 2 entries. Disease is NOT caused by microbes, helminths, aging, "random" genetic mutation, or incestuous breeding. The average person's biggest source of toxin exposure is modern medicine. Try to name a drug without negative "side effects"; you can't. Side effects don't exist, they are primary effects. Calling them "side effects" is a manipulation of language to make you accept being blatantly poisoned so long as a "health"care professional says it's good for you. Whether they know it or not, none of them are in the business of improving their customers' wellbeing. Without adequate nutrition, you have nothing to combat the deliberate poisoning of humanity. That's why elites/jews promote unnatural diets, sabotage our food, brainwash us into sabotaging our food ourselves, and artificially increase the price of healthy foods (see eggs/meat/dairy). Many of the nutrients humans need aren't found in any plant on Earth. Fools say plants have "vitamins", but these plant "vitamins" are not vitamins to us. They have to be converted into true vitamins by animals, and the human animal isn't capable of that. Much of a plant's (limited) nutrients are also found within their fiber complexes, which are totally indigestible by humans. Idiots say cooking addresses that by destroying the fiber to allow access to the nutrients within, but they don't realize cooking also causes nutrient destruction and loss. All plants are naturally toxic, covered in manmade toxins, and they contain antinutrients which inhibit nutrient absorption/utilization. Meanwhile animal products are highly digestible, they have every nutrient you need, they're not naturally toxic, they don't have antinutrients, etc. Supermarket animal products are sabotaged, but it's nothing compared to what you find with non-animal products. The biggest issues regarding animal products' toxicity have to do with the animals being poisoned by medication and fed a poor diet. The ideal is to either eat wild animals that don't live in close proximity to industrial civilization or buy food from a small farm that doesn't sabotage their animals. Cooking and pasteurization are another big issue. Excessive heat destroys nutrients, causes nutrients to leave the food, and it produces many toxins. Freezing is detrimental as well but less so. It's worth mentioning that the ideal would be to eat a freshly killed animal with all its components. Most people (in america especially) have never eaten organs, bone marrow, or blood, which are the most important parts. Many people have no access to those parts, and they've been brainwashed to find them disgusting. If they ever tried them before and found them unappealing, they were very likely cooked and derived from a sabotaged animal. Virtually all products of industrial civilization are toxic. For the average person, the worst of it comes from pharmaceutical drugs, supplements, alcohol, cigarettes, street drugs, cleaning products, and sabotaged food. Vaccines are (usually) the worst. They have other similarly life-ruining things like chemotherapy drugs, antibiotics, MRI contrasts, amalgam fillings, etc.
