Let's use this moment of opportunity to manipulate those who are full of anger into doing something stupid: Convince the enemy to commit reckless acts of violence, to leak confidential information, to attack the police… Don't be pessimistic. 4chan managed to locate secret military facilities. People were tricked into inhaling mustard gas under the impression they could create crystals with the raw chemicals. The enemy is vulnerable. Help them destroy themselves.
A good way to lead men into their own demise is to desensitize them. Start by normalizing resentment against certain groups of perceived enemies. They will do the rest.
