What a dumb argument. Christians worship God, Jesus, they go to church and truly believe in what the Bible teaches. Of course they should follow what they preach, and what they preach is the Bible. Pointing to Bible passages and expecting Christians to either follow them or explain themselves for why they don't is perfectly valid, considering it's the book that their worldview centers around.
Meanwhile, why should a non-Christian give a damn about what the Bible says and follow it? A Christian might support abortion, and an atheist might ask "shouldn't you consider abortion to be murder?", and that'd be valid. Meanwhile, there's no real reason for the atheist to believe that abortion is murder.
