The elite announces its plans beforehand. There may be a sort of mystical and spiritual reason for that, but I am going to speak about the psychological aspect behind that. Here it goes:
The elite uses "fiction" and "artistic expression" so to instill certain notions on people's minds as these things enable people to be less critical and resistant to things as they consider them as mere "fiction" and therefore shall not be viewed with realistic eyes, so to speak.
Many films and music are about the elite either announcing what they think will happen or what they plan to happen; they appear to plan things from a long time ago.
That makes people get accustomed to certain notions so that when certain things take place they may acquiesce to them and not react to them with shock, which may result in resistance to accept these things that took place.
There are a lot of Biblical and occultist references in music. Take for example that music on Eminem. You can say that the notion of burning is referred to as hell and the notion of loving the way one lies refers to Satan that appears to be described as a liar in the Bible.
Also, certain music videoclips and music clips appear to be to introduce certain people to certain spiritual orders, so to speak. Artists may perform certain weird rituals just like people at certain so-called secret societies may make towards people who are initiated into that order in real life. The trick is that it is said the mind cannot distinguish real life from fiction, so individuals may be introduced into certain dark spiritual stuff without even knowing it. About fiction like films: Some things that happen in films such as zombies appear absurd, but as time passes, things on films (and also fiction such as 1984) every day appear to be more and more feasible to happen.
