Here it is: you can buy good quality beef wholesale, and for a decent price! NO, I AM NOT talking about COSTCO or Sams!! I'm referring to local small town farmer markets!!! I personally know farmers willing to sell HALF A COW worth of beef (no nitrites / no toxic preservatives added!) for $1,000! Consider this: half a cow worth of beef can feed a family of four for one whole year! If you have no kids and live alone, a box freezer full of beef would last you two years easy, you could be eating beef 4 out of 7 days a week for two years if you had half a cow worth!!! Again, $1,000 wholesale is average price! THIS is why communists do not want you to know your local farmers LOL!!!!

Glad at least I listen to my own advice now that prices are skyrocketing on meat due to inflation & (govt manufactured) shortages. Got plenty of beef and chicken still loaded up in the deep freezers.
