I (vaguely) remember as a teenager I was out to party after bowling one summer. I drank way too much that night. I had vomit stains on my T-shit, do not remember ANYTHING that happened that night! Someone must have dragged me out of there. So I decided to walk home. When I got home my mother scolded me and then asked me "and what's that on your face!!??" ….. I looked at her, and in total fear not knowing what she was rambling on about I ran to the bathroom to check the mirror….. and there it was ….. written in black marker! ….. "SHIT" (as in SHIT FACE aka a shit faced drunk!)

Yes, alcohol poisoning happens when you drink so damn much your liver is no longer able to filter it anymore. That has happened to me before, many times. It's worse than OD'ing on narcotics and can be just as dangerous. I've had seizures from alcohol poisoning, one time my daughter witnessed me having one and called the ambulance. They told me I was lucky to still be alive, if I didn't throw it up I would have died from it.
Off topic, I was outside puffing my pipe (tobacco not the funny stuff) and was walking the gravel driveway. You know what really does suck about having a gravel driveway out in Missouri? You need to spray for weeds every once in a while. If you don't, your driveway will end up looking like a jungle! The lawn will also grow into it on the sides too! It sucks. The best way to save money is to get a 4 gallon backpack sprayer, fill that sucker up with 3 to 4 gallons of white vinegar and a box of kosher salt and just spray and kill all those damn weeds that way.
