Propaganda exists and you fall for it every day. The single greatest act of propaganda was to convince a huge chunk of people that academia and education were the enemy. There is now an entire generation of people (GenZ) who will never read more than a couple of sentences at a time and believe that education is a scam for sheep. An entire generation that prides itself on being uneducated and ignorant.
It was a brilliant move, really, because now you'll believe literally everything you're told without needing proof as long as "it sounds plausible".
