Not a mob, they were petitioners for redress of grievances, for the government failed to give the matter 1 day in court, Texas appealed to SCOTUS, and there were other appeals. None had "standing" - and so the petitioning continues. Grievances may not be redressed, but we have the right to petition.

Congress shall make no law abridging the right to assemble. Congress meets in an assembly hall of the people. Thus, they can make no such law constitutionally. The people petitioned, it was their right - by God, not by some homos or niggers or kikes of the court.
