I feel your pain, fren. I have had creeping suspicions about this schema for a long time though I simply do not have the rigorous training that would have given me the analytical equipment to properly critique it. (I'm an artist, not a STEM person). My (uninformed) question of dialectics is; are they even a valid heuristic? And if they're not or if they're a rather poor one, then why the big fuss over dialectics?
