I've noticed a general correlation between the IQ of a country and its normal meal dishes. The lower a country's IQ, the longer their dishes take to cook. Additionally the longer these dishes take to cook, the less nutrients they have. Take for example India/Pakistan/etc. where they spend hours cooking rice with some spices in it, hours boiling some meat in sauce and cooking rice etc.. Compare this to an omelette or steak and vegetables which take only a number of minutes to prepare. Compare the nutrient density to cooking time ratios.

With food, the more nutrients you can deliver within the least amount of time the better because cooking is time exhaustive. White food (not modern American food or something, I mean traditional food) delivers amongst the highest bang for buck, allowing us to free up time for more important stuff. However, in low IQ countries, a lot of people aren't doing anything but surviving (groveling) because they lack the ability to do anything else (to advance) – so there's many hours per day to waste cooking a single bowl of rice. Sometimes there evolves somewhat of a ritual around the measly dish because food is rarer and thus more valuable. A bowl of mere carbs with some spices becomes exalted, a big highlight of the day, something almost worthy of worship.

Personally, I'm amazed that these people maintain these cooking traditions even after moving to a western country. Imagine wasting 2 hours cooking a bowl of spicy rice with some microscopic meat shavings whilst trying to live an adult life. It honestly does my head in. What an utter waste of time!

It would be interesting to gather data on the cooking time of different dishes from different countries and their nutrient densities and then analyse the correlation between IQs.

The level of iodine nutrition plays a crucial role in the intellectual development of children. The intelligence damage of children exposed to severe ID was profound, demonstrated by 12.45 IQ points loss and they recovered 8.7 IQ points with iodine supplementation or IS before and during pregnancy. Iodine supplementation before and during pregnancy to women living in severe ID areas could prevent their children from intelligence deficit. This effect becomes evident in children born 3.5 years after the iodine supplementation program was introduced.

Aboriginal australians literally just dumped the whole kangaroo on the fire without even bothering to skin or gut it.

Very low IQs are an exception because they are generally limited to hunting and foraging. So their diet consists of meat and edible wild plants. Should have mentioned that in OP.

The most intricate, delicate and tasteful foods generally take the longest to cook and most time to develop the flavors that you want. Some soup stocks and bone stocks can take 2 days to cook. Charcuterie takes weeks, months or even years to develop and the delicate flavors are often the best.

I would say, the darker the skin, the less developed the flavor pallets of those people, therefore you see less cooking technique and less flavor in the dishes. Even the most rustic, basic and trivial french dishes, such as Ratatouille can take hours upon hours to prepare, sometimes even an entire day to develop the flavor profiles that you need to have quality food.

In all honesty, the least intelligent people don't even know basic pickling, preserving, drying or curing methods of foods which have been around for thousands of years.

Food is hardly ever an issue, in warmer climates water scarcity is the issue. Theres a reason so many of the animals in africa are constantly migrating and that same reason prevents the establishment of society in humans as it forces a nomadic lifestyle.

In colder climates everything is on a schedule that can be measured and that benefits the development of intellect as the people smart enough to notice these patterns and adjust accordingly were the ones who survived, where as in places like africa when you have no idea how long the drought will last or when the brush fires will start there is no pattern to recognize and no benefit to higher intellect so there was no natural selection in favor of that.

Its easy to take the simplistic approach of "dumb cuz nigger" but theres very real environmental reasons behind it that would've effected us in exactly the same way had we been subjected to the same sporadic environment that doesn't reward intellect.

We almost don't have long aged cheeses except for one which is called cotija that begins as a fresh cheese. The longer standing and fuller fat ones are all european technologies.

Most brown people spices relate to a lack of refrigeration. Meat goes bad? Add spices until you don't care. Like the national butcher chain was caught for recently.

Media promotes spices (particularly capsaicinoids) as "manly", like they promoted beer as "manly". All part of ongoing strategy to make the cattle eat shit. The more spiced a food, the less you can tell what it is.

Fake food is constantly promoted. They literally make a company called Soylent and people barely look up from their iphones FFS.

White people prefer fewer spiced foods because food tastes great without spices, unless you live in a shithole country without refrigeration, or unless you've been brainwashed into thinking "muh hot zinger" = food. It's also generally not a good idea to reward cultural creep.

Spices are manly faggot. Especially spicy shit. Isn't fake food ffs. I have at times drank a hot cup of water full of every spice in the cupboard, some oil, and hotsauce.

Fucking sick of the faggots that love to complain about anything on /pnd/. This is a non-issue. Stop inventing problems in your mind. There are real issues to fucking worry about and this is not one of them.

>Media promotes spices as "manly", like they promoted beer as "manly"

Next step is to stop eating meat too because it is promoted as being "manly" as well.

>The more spiced a food, the less you can tell what it is.

Are you retarded? This is like saying that the more instruments used in a composition, the less you can identify which instruments are used.

Do you listen to mono-instrumental music because it's easier for your retarded brain to comprehend which instrument is being played?

>unless you live in a shithole country without refrigeration.

When do you think refrigeration was invented dipshit? Were there no europeans cultures before refrigeration was invented?

Next you will be saying that wine isn't european because it takes a long time to make, and the flavors are complex.

Actually the Euro aristos traded slaves to the orient to get spices to make their rotten food palatable. You don't want to live in an era pre refrigeration or pre electricity or pre modern dentistry.

Trust me on this.

I'm not going to trust you on anything. Almost all ancient mummies, icemen and other fossils had great teeth. Egyptians Pharoah were inbred and had defects.

Since you lied.about teeth you are lying about all of it probably. Go away.

Go read Mohammed and Charlemagne, the first published economic history of medieval Europe.

And regardless of some corpses that you've analyzed the fact is till modern dentistry and penicillin it was common for people to die of a mere tooth abscess.

Nope. Food preservation existed before refrigeration all over europe. Surviving a winter only takes planning, and that kind of planning was encoded into the festival calendar. I have a cabin with no electricity and I have spent two winters there without any problem at all (and without commercially canned food either).

YOu have no concept of European food storage problems that last right up to the 1900's, nor do you have any knowlege of European diet in the Middle Ages and even in the 18th and 19th century. This is a big subject and your own experiences in the 21st century have no bearing on it whatsoever.

Just the difficulties of grain silage technology alone is a history worthy of several lengthy doctoral theses. It's not anywhere near as simple as you claim.
