The amount of plain sophistry in that summary makes it read like a clueless undergraduate philosophy essay. I also presume the book itself includes some sort of justification for all the premises which are just introduced without explanation in the summary, like 'race is a social construct.' There's no need to refute the argument itself if you can show that its premises are false, and it looks from this summary like the most obvious route would be to attack these foundational assumptions.
Honestly though, whatever rational basis there might conceivably be for the concept of 'white privilege' in this book is irrelevant, because no one save possible a tiny cadre of leftist intellectuals has actually read or understood it. Leftism is by and large an emotional position, not a rational one, and you can't reason someone out of a position he wasn't reasoned into to begin with. The entire thing is a load of vacuous but important-sounding terms used to exploit and direct the basic civilised human urge to sympathise with a victim and condemn an aggressor. This makes people feel good about themselves and provides a justification to label and dismiss anyone who disagrees as a bad person.

This attempted dichotomy is the first point of failure. The concept of "deserved opportunities" and "undeserved opportunities" has two parts: the definition of "deserved/undeserved" and the definition of "opportunities".
Almost immediately, one can see where the average reader ascribes additional dimensions to these assumed definitions. Opportunity - This describes only the common legal framework that applies to an individual. One is not denied opportunity when it is not "easy" to achieve the outcome they desire, not when their are asymmetric forces for or against their achievement of such outcomes. Opportunities is a chance or option at happiness, wealth, liberty, etc. It is not a right to the achievement of the same.
Deserved/Undeserved - Who deserves what? It is the great and natural human desire to pursue accomplishment and pass on the fruits of one's labor and invention to their children, to give them a better life. And although those children may not claim to have earned those benefits, they are not undeserved for the one who earned those benefits (the parent) certainly does deserve to bestow those benefits upon his children. The children may or may not go on to earn their own accomplishments through labor and ingenuity, but the benefits bestowed to them will never be undeserved.
Only a tyrannical government would claim the right to strip the parent of their right to bestow the fruits of their labor upon their children and pretend that those benefits belong to and are deserved by someone else's children arbitrarily. If the benefits to the child are said (by the leftist) to be "undeserved" then surely they are more undeserved when stolen and given away to the children of those who earned or accomplished nothing.

Subliminal imagery, propaganda wrapped up as storytelling, selective mass media reporting, and backdoor legislation have done infinitely more than any book like this. Little correction here. Racial hatred is not exactly a bad thing under certain circumstances, although hating someone for being different is plain stupid and useless. But when a whole race proves to be an eternal enemy of yours, then yes, the hatred can then encompass the whole of this race.
As for white superiority, its reality should become clearer as decades go by assuming we don't get extinguished. It's mostly latent as of now though.

I'm not interested in his justification of it. 'White privilege' is just just this new godless religion's bastardized version of Original Sin. The biggest differences between the two are that white privilege only applies to a certain people and the new lowest class of people whites must dedicate their time to 'dismantling' their privilege self-flagellating while Jesus Christ died on the Cross to save me from what Adam and Eve did all those years ago.
