Mayor's wife thinks a driver got too close to protesters. She approaches the car twice to slam her hands on the hood, stands in front of it, blocks two lanes of traffic, gives the driver two middle fingers, yells at him, approaches his window, reaches inside and scratches him. Then the driver pepper sprays her. The mayor said, "Pepper-spraying someone for 4 or 5 seconds in the face because of maybe bad language or bad gestures is something so far over the top … I think it borders on a crime." He said family should be off limits.
