>initial environmental documents for their San Jose-Merced section released, with final approval coming next year
>first completed Caltrain electric train rolled off the assembly line in Utah
>Los Angeles got their first check for run-through tracks at LA Union Station, which will double Metrolink's operating efficiency

Last I checked this is a gimmick black hole of money was rife with waste/fraud and was de-funded by the president. He asked for the funds to be returned the the federal government for not meeting their original scope. The train is now going to run from the drug infested, needle and feces homeless colony of SF to the Mexican colony beaner street crime known as Salinas California. Salinas is the byproduct of the democrat (soros jew) (humanitarian appeal) open boarders / "republican" (koch jew) (cheap labor appeal). A well known hell hole that can be seen on Live PD because it is so reliably rife with criminal beaner behavior. My friends moved from Salinas to Iowa and can't believe how much better their quality of life is.

I lived in CA for many years and even I don’t think it is real. It was just a kickback pit that the dems throw money into that is not feasible in the slightest due to politics. If and when it was finished the state is now such a third world shithole full of subhumans that it would be prone to all manner of systemic terrorism and crime, including infrastructural terrorism. This is like building a mansion instead of a pigsty for swine to live in. Why?
