Tldr my mom and step dad got into a divorce that lasted 6 years my mom got nothing despite filling the legal applications for it and found out her attorney(a Jew) was in cahoots with my step dad and essentially sinked the ship. Important general rules:

If you dont already you should already own and carry a firearm at work if you work in a dangerous environment. Unless you are in cuckfornia or jew jersey or somewhere similair and you cannot buy a pistol easily. Anywhere else you can buy a pistol today if you are over 21 and not a convict. Find out your states process for a Concealed weapons permit and carry at work. There is alot of good ideas here. What I have is a bad one. Go on a smoke break with the guy and bum him a smoke that is laced with some kind of drug that will cause him to not be able to control himself in a work environment. Pcp or scopalamine are both pretty easy to get. Dob could also be of use if you can get it in an easy to administer form. An interesting aspect of dob is that it takes like 3 hours to kick in so there is a pretty good window of time for you to get away and for him to be unsure what is happening, and as an added bonus I think it's hard to detect because the dob must first be metabolized into something else before it becomes active and this takes some time and then lasts about a 24hrs so it has the potential to fuck someone for a decent amount of time. Many people have suggested paying attention to the habits of pavement apes, I agree. A good means of attack would pimp these instincts and get them to do the dirty work. The most obvious one is "muh dick" for a reasonable fee you might be able to get a hooker to drug him , take him to a white area and them create a scene where shit can go down.
