Anyway looking in to it I believe the article in question is titled "Behind the Harlem Riots" Jewish Frontier (May 1935). I've not found it yet though.

I spent like an hour looking earlier today and I can only find references to it in other books and articles so far. Maybe if you pretend to be a jew and email the people behind that website or something, maybe they have a copy. I'll have another look tomorrow.
