Actual hatred for her, or just of your situation?
My advice might to be to try some things to rekindle your love for her. Maybe something like revisiting her source, to see her again and remind you of why you love her in the first place; or making a concerted effort to give her more attention and spend time with her. Also, if you were ever into things like writing about her or drawing her, maybe try those things again too. Those are all pretty tried-and-true ways of getting that connection back if it's starting to wane more.
