In real capitalism this is exactly how it would play out though simply minus the anti-discrimination laws. You have a right to tell someone to fuck on off out of your store, and if you're a local business owner cool, but when you work for someone else as an employee, and you pull this shit, and your employer hasn't given you a clear list of undesirables, then you're taking the livelihood of your job into your own hands. In a "true capitalist" system this bitch boy would get fired when the guy posts the video and says how this guy assaulted him and wouldn't sell him product because he didn't like his shirt, which would be terrible PR for the company. The video poster was being a cunt for sure, and should have left the moment the employee told him he needed to leave or he'd call the cops, but the moment that employee through a bitch fit/swung at him, he was 100% in the right and was actually being pretty damn kind in that he could have just walked out and posted the video, but he gave the fat bitch boy a chance to redeem himself by just selling him the fucking vape (I'm assuming it's a vape shop).
