He's a protectionist. What are you talking about? He isn't dismantling any more than what is not directly under his control. Fighting other socialists for control doesn't make you a free marketer. Unless Stalin is an AnCap for destroying his competition.
He is actively pushing for major government growth both in France and in the EU, and he wants to be on top of it. He wants an European version of the American Military Industrial complex. He's pushing for tax "unification," to stop countries like Ireland from attracting major businesses with their "unfairly" lenient tax codes. He wants to make it so foreign workers are paid what they "would" make in their own countries to discourage foreign labor competition. He actively blames the decrease in wages in France on foreigners instead of his own fuck ups. His proposition for a minister of the EU economy has yet to pass, but if it does, then we'll have a true replica of America's Federal Reserve chairman and the institution, perhaps with even more power.
You must be drinking the Neo Liberal kool aid to think he is anything but another conniving Leftist with means and desires of acquiring great power. What France calls "Right Wing" is still to the Left of Sanders by our standards.
