 No.62580

I am not advocating any of the following, FBI. Anything illegal in this thread is purely for theoretical discussion and thought experiments.

If the following tactics are applied on a large enough scale, they will work synergistically to crash the system.

>Welfare Scamming

>Agorism

>Destruction of Government Property

>Permaculture

>3D Printed Guns

>Memes Sowing Distrust of Authority

>Memes which inform people on how to do any of the above

If you have any more ideas to add to the list, or if you want to discuss any of the ideas in more detail, please do. That is what this thread is about.

>Welfare Scamming

Not at all. The state can just print more money, switch to providing commodities instead of cash, or be a bit more selective about providing welfare (especially by harassing receivers more). This would just cause the government to expand, and while that naturally will hurt the government itself, it will possibly be even more destructive on citizens.

>Agorism

That's a better idea, but has been talked about very often. I'm not much of a businessman so I'll refrain from a judgement.

>Destruction of Government Property

Potentially very efefective, but it should be for SHTF-scenarios and used with care. Setting cop cars on fire for the fun of it will just undermine law and order, including the law that we want to keep existing. Setting them on fire after the cops have openly declared themselves the heirs of the Gestapo, on the other hand, would be entirely justified. Any statist who takes the talk of resistance against tyranny serious will agree with you there.

>Permaculture

As long as you know what it does and doesn't do, fine. Don't expect everyone to suddenly become a self-sufficient farmer somewhere on the outskirts of the country in order to "escape society". One of my friends had this idea, apparently. If you want to survive hardships like shortages or even famines, then they might work, however. Or if you want to slip under the radar somewhere.

>3D Printed Guns

As far as I know, they're shit. Just smuggle in real guns or figure out how to build them yourself. I don't see how 3D printed guns would be more effective than, say, a knife. At best, they'd undermine authority by making people understand that gubmint cannot take our guns.

>Memes Sowing Distrust of Authority

Good idea, as long as they're truthful. You cannot remind people often enough that the government poisoned alcohol during the era of prohibition or internet Japanese citizens.

>Memes which inform people on how to do any of the above

Only when the SHTF-level is ultraviolet. You really don't want mobs to form and college kids to start blowing shit up before they've even read For a New Liberty, unless the government has really reached the state where it's playing with the thought of rounding up people to put them into FEMA-camps.

Now, here's one of my ideas:

>Genetically engineer kudzu that contains THC

>Spread it on government buildings

>Watch the DEA helplessly scrap this shit off the walls and then doing cavity searches on themselves to make sure no one smuggles this shit home and smokes it

All we need is some way to create dank kudzu. Someone here a scientist?

I honestly thought he was talking about weaboos when he said "internet japanese citizens" and got both excited and confused at the same time.

>Memes which inform people on how to do any of the above

Reminds me of those handbooks for radicals that the CIA passed out for their neighbors south of them. Lots of practical advice for agorism and sabotage of government property. It would be a shame if someone turned it around on them.

>>62829

3D printed guns, as they exist now, are only really useful for one-shot, point blank attacks. At best I think you could make a pepperbox gun for a couple shots. Fundamentally it's no different than, say, a four winds shotgun. The only use they have in warfare is for assassinations or ambush attacks on people with real guns.

I do hope that turns around, and DD's fight against ITAR is absolutely critical for this. (Even though I think they'll have a better solution by the time they would win their fight than typical plastic rapid prototyping machines.)

He probably meant "internment of Japanese citizens" not "internet Japanese citizens". He's probably a phoneposter or something. Fucking phoneposters.

but governmental property is illegitimate

 No.63592

It's still a waste, it's usually bad for your character and it achieves nothing.

 No.63644

>>63592

>bad for your character

What do you mean?

 No.63684

>>63644

He means it makes people think you're a psychotic fuckwit.

 No.63687

>>63684

This, but it's also likely to actually make you a psychotic fuckwit. Every act of violence can lower your inhibition against committing further violence. At worst, it can make you enjoy violence for its own sake. In some cultures, warriors would ritually bathe after every war, even a just one, to counteract the psychological effects of committing violence. This signified that now, the war was officially over and you had to go back to being peaceful.

 No.64277

>>63687

> to counteract the psychological effects of committing violence

so how the bathing work? was it just a symbol?

 No.64291

>>64277

Yes, but I can imagine it was pretty powerful. Symbols can have a strong psychological effect.

 No.64316

>>64277

I think its kind of like a rapist forcing a person to take a shower immediately they rape them to make the victim less likely to call the cops or tell anybody. Washing your body does some wierd shit to your psyche.

 No.64390

>>64291

> Symbols can have a strong psychological effect.

how?
