Yeeeah, it's been a long shitty time. All the normal psychologists were fully booked, so no sessions with them, and then the first therapy group was full, and I'm apparently not in touch with my emotions enough to be in the second therapy group. But now it's finally actually happening!

Honestly with my group therapy I was really surprised how comfy it was. Admittedly I got into the group when there were only 2 others so it was probably easier than now with there being like 6 I think. By the way for me I was expecting it to be like in the movies or tv where you see like 10 people sitting in a circle taking turns saying stuff, for me it really wasn't like that. It was way chiller.
