dysnomia is either a mature himself or he is extremely friendly with matures
You gave him clear instructions once upon a time to send matures away from this site.
He pretended to accept that and for some time he pretended to do that job.
Then after some time once you aren't paying close attention he once again allows his mature friends to do what they want.
Now the same thing is repeating once again.
Recently after he once again allowed matures to post whatever they want you got fed up and had to do some deletions and bannings on your own and Ron told him to do his job.
So he appointed a few vols who are strict with matures and allowed them to do their jobs for a few days.
Now after his mature friends started complaining he has started to undermine the vols who were doing their jobs
For example this thread has been up for 6 hours and he is allowing it to stay and not allowing the new vols to delete this thread

Once again that was not what you told him.
You told him to send matures away from the site You didn't ask him to stick to DOST.
This business of sticking to DOS is dysnomia's way of giving leeway to his mature friends
• Do NOT ban Tor users. Delete individual posts if they violate rule 2. Never a blanket delete.
Second rule means that even if the vols find out a mature is posting on the board dysnomia is asking vols to treat them nicely and only delete CP posts and not to delete all their posts and ban them permanently.
So dysnomia is going out of his way to make matures feel welcome here
This is dysnomia's way of giving his mature friends to stay here and eventually start posting CP again. First they will post thread like The one I showed above and then they will start posting CP.
If you don't want the mature problem to keep coming back please remove dysnomia
Take over the board directly or place it under one of your employees and appoint volunteers who will be strict about mature material and will not make matures feel welcome here.
