when a message comes from God there is no doubt about it. Imagine God made a movie or anime, it would be supremely obvious it was supernatural, absolutely no one could even doubt it for a moment. Now imagine he wrote a book teaching people how to find him and become good. This is just a thought experiment. Of course God doesn't make movies and write books.

Whereas in Islam our beliefs and practices are informed by the life of our Prophet - not questionable apparitions. And we were told by our Prophet the devils cannot appear as him.

There is no quick fix. I can tell you for sure that Islam is the truth, but my journey started when I was 22 - in 1994 - and I declared shahadah in 2004. That's 10 years of soul searching and finding the right path.
If you look for the easy fix, then you're missing the mark. Jesus himself said that small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to salvation. There is no easy answer an anyone who says there is an easy answer is probably trying to sell you something.
