Buy an eyepatch.
Wear it for like 8-10 hours a day alternatively on both eyes.
For example wear it on your right eye and only use the left eye to see. This will slightly strain your left eye to correct its lens. After half an hour, switch the eyepatch to the left eye and only use right eye to see. This will slightly strain your right eye to correct its lens.
Keep doing this over and over and you should have normal eyesight in a few months. Also go outside for an hour a day and try to focus on far away green objects for a long time. Repeated exposure to greenery improves the eyesight. (Remember to look at far objects as you are myopic)
This is a secret technique that is not known to the public as it will kill the ophthalmologist and lens industry.
