Here is a short example of the typical reasoning on here but on a random subject:

Hypnosis is bad. Most hypnosis is femdom based. Dominant mistresses tend to have npd/narcissism. A person fetishizes the sadism and their own co-dependence. Through hypnosis this becomes part of their identity until they are no longer capable of having meaningful relations with other people. Hypnosis is a conspiracy to turn all men into simps.

It's simple to see a lot of the reasoning is just tied together nonsense any brain could cook up in seconds by trying to make every claim as poorly build as possible, leaping from personal conclusion to personal conclusion and state them as facts just so the puzzle pieces in his brain align neatly and easily.

That's what my/any brain can cook up with the only effort being, making as many logical errors as possible. Look I don't mind "civilised" discussions. But the "sissy discussion" never left that playing field mentioned above, its just one chain of personal conclusions jumped to the next. Also from the start the "issue" and the impact of it, is never discussed either.

Some people do actual cocaine ( like the guy from op's story ), they are at risk of ending up in the deep end.

There are "plenty of rational arguments" against the use of it. But there are people that can function while doing cocaine. For them the substance enriches their lives in the sense of pleasure and performance to a level unobtainable without it. But we ban this drug for both parties. To protect the parties that cannot use it and to protect the parties that have to smuggle the product to the user( like those pregnant ladies in narcos ). If cocaine became a legal product however the only issue would be personal freedom vs risk of addiction. Cocaine has proven to have detremental effects on both the countries that actively use it and the countries producing it.

To me that's worthy of a discussion. Not what kind of underwear some dude is listening while listening to a 40min audio file once a week. And that's the main issue I have with this niche fetish for years. Except for a few handpicked guys, noone gives a shit. And rightfully so.

I'm not going to bother making an argument against it as i don't care whether people do it or not, there are far more imminent and dire problems than a percent of a percent of a percent using sissy hypnosis and suffering for it detrimentally. As for your argument about cocaine, yes i'll admit that some people use cocaine and can function as a normal person without being addicted and suffering for it. However, cocaine is always bad for you, even the purest, and the number of people who can get away with doing cocaine sparingly and controlling themselves on or off it is exceedingly low. My point being was that cocaine is the far more likely suspect for murder inducing impulses but even if it was, blaming cocaine sets it's own precedent. If you can blame a drug for your murderous impulse then it logically follows that as soon as you can prove you are no longer using the drug then you are no longer a threat to society.

You are also completely wrong about the reason cocaine is banned, if you don't know that cocaine is banned to turn a higher profit and enable shifty money movements for governments while keeping the countries that produce it in inner turmoil and forcing them to engage in illegal activities then you don't really know anything about drugs, cocaine in particular. I'll grant you that this sounds like conspiracy, and it is as a conspiracy is just agreement between two parties to commit crime, it is however far from tinfoil and is actively admitted by many who practice it and further proven by long ignored news reports that revealed the whole thing multiple times. People always cared about one scandal over the other rather than actual problems. I don't know why people got it into their head that sex, in particular deviant forms of it, is the worst thing that can happen. Even over entire generations being ruined by drugs, poverty, lack of education or nationality shaming. I think it probably has something to do with peoples ideas of Rome and why it fell although it's a little unfair to blame the Christians and no-one else.
