I've listened to a lot of sessions, and I could have sword they didn't really have an effect on me. Yet as I was consulting my subconscious during some meditation, I started questioning how much of my behavior is conscious decision, and how much is conditioning, or perhaps even hypnotic suggestions pushing me in a certain direction.
I'd like to make sure, so if you have any suggestion removal files you can recommend, please name them.

Also it would be good to keep a journal and document any changes you feel have occurred with usage. Lot of changes to my mental state and behavior became more obvious when I wrote them down and organized them chronologically.

Thanks, that's helpful advice. I'll see whether a journal can help in my situation. It's basically that I'm questioning whether my desire for hypnosis comes from the need to just stop being the one carrying all the responsibility all the time, or was instilled through hypnosis.
