And yes, for some files you'd need to know some more advanced vocabulary. But if you know what the file is about, that is not quite as difficult.
The "flow" of the audios is the same as in we丂ㄒ乇尺几s ones of course, They use the same concepts to hypnotize(as you'd expect), so I think having listened to hypnosis in a language you are fluent in before, would probably help. The tell you to breathe in and out, they count, tell you to relax, obey, listen, etc, as you'd expect. A lot of the terms used are the same as well, so you'll learn some as you go.
I think audios are the main thing the japanese use. Not sure about any sites though. But I have not looked that hard before.
