You're going to want to switch to a metal device eventually if you have any real want of long term chastity. The only problems I've had with the HT's is they're hard to keep clean since they're so closed up and the seams where the plastic was molded can cause some discomfort. You could take some sandpaper to the seams and make it smoother.
