Best file I used was k31's M1nd V1rus Nipple Orgasm Trainer, other files didn't seem to cut it for me. Consecutive use while holding off on (non-nipple) masturbation for about 3-4 days led to my best orgasm ever, though due to its incredible length I've only ever completed the file in its entirety twice.
